I’ve been a loyal client of Back to 30 McBee for three years, and every visit has been exceptional! The team always greets me by name, which makes the experience feel so personal. Rebecca is amazing at keeping me informed about upcoming promotions, ensuring I never miss out. I used to be nervous about Botox, but Vicky is knowledgeable and truly listens to what I want—delivering exactly that, no more, no less. Two years in, I decided to try lip filler (and a little cheek filler!). In my consultation prior to my appointment, Vicky told me exactly what to expect! I couldn’t be happier with the results! She guided me through the process and was very careful, I experienced minimal bruising and it looks naturally enhanced like I wanted! My new love hate relationship is with Morpheus8. I purchased a package during one of their seasonal events. Vicky explained this would be best to treat cellulite on my thigh/glute area. When I met Anna she was smiley and very reassuring. During each procedure shes so steady, without hesitation-and precise, delivering amazing results!!! Far surpassing my experience with CoolSculpting for that area, personally. While the Morpheus8 treatment is a bit more uncomfortable than I’d like, the outcome is 100% worth it! I’m on my second package! #TeamMcBee

The nurse practitioner was nice but used a gauze for the sensi peel and was done in 15 minutes. Did not have the burn that I felt and does not feel or look the same as the peel done by the Simpsonville location. She stated I might peel a little and I thought that was the purpose to peel. Super disappointed! I changed location for this one because it is closer to work. I had an appointment last week on Friday at the Simpsonville and they cancelled. Tried to get in the same week and went on Monday. Traffic on Fairview was crazy and you cannot get in the parking. Let them know I was close. Appointment was at 3:20 got there at 3;40 and the esthetician said she had a personal appointment at 5 and couldn’t do the peel. Crazy they can cancel but if you are held up from the traffic you can’t be seen. Drove 25 minutes to get there. I feel everyone’s time is precious not just the service provider. I love Stephanie at Simpsonville for Botox though !

Went to Back To 30 for a facial consultation. The lady at the front desk Rebecca I think was her name, was not friendly, who abruptly told me I need to fill Out the forms that was on a laptop first. I told her I was there to seeVicky After a few minutes, I was taken back to a room and Vicky was not friendly or cordial at all. Vicky stated what are you here for in a matter of fact tone. I was taken back. I politely told her that I wanted a facial consultation and she immediately said I needed the Morpheus. She then went on to explain about the collagen process and what it would do she did not offer any friendly conversation to make me feel at ease. Not professional st all! I myself is an RN and I sure treat my patience a lot better than she treated me. . She was more interested in me purchasing this package of $2700. But if I purchased it now, it would only be $1900. she never looked at my skin or it made any nice conversation with me I felt she was not interested in me at all because I was not in the 20/ 30 age bracket after 15 minutes she stayed “ will you be paying today or when we schedule you? “ Rebecca at the front desk was not friendly and I feel the customer service was very poor. I will not be returning to this place and not recommending it to anyone.

I went to Back to 30 for a consultation on the procedure that I want to have done. I was impressed on the process of loosing belly fat. I committed to the program and have scheduled the first visit .. I am looking forward to my first visit.

Starting at the front desk the receptionists are so kind and helpful. I had Vicky do my filler and it is absolutely perfect. She has a true passion for what she does and it certainly shows in her work.

I've been having my eye brows done for several years at Back to 30 and was happy with them until I showed up to my 9 month appointment. I arrived yesterday for my 4pm appointment and was told that I didn't have an appointment when the girl at the front desk ask me what type of appointment I had and with who... I was informed that Back to 30 quit doing micro blading back in October of 2023 but, nobody had the decency to call and inform me of this. Now if I want to keep up my eyebrows... I have to start all over and with someone else which I probably won't be able to afford. I would NEVER recommend Back to 30 for their total unprofessionalism!! I feel like I’ve been ripped off!!!

Sam is absolutely amazing! I could literally write a book about how awesome she is but I’ll keep it short for review purposes lol. I scheduled a consultation today as a first time client and could not be more pleased! Sam took her time (an hour) listening to the skin issues I wanted addressed, answering questions and giving her professional recommendation. I felt so comfortable and confident with the information she provided that I asked for same day service and she happily fit me in her schedule. That says A LOT given the fact that I was a tad apprehensive at first because I’ve never had a facial chemical peel. Sam explained EVERY step along the way including the aftercare routine. She even went the extra mile and gave me a good number to contact her should I have any questions or concerns during the healing process! Sam is truly a gem and will be my go to person moving forward!

My first impressions of the Ladies at the front desk were that they Looked the part. They were friendly, helpful, and Well Groomed. When I left they helped me find all the possible discounts I could get. The nurse practitioner that did the procedure reflected the services provided by them. She looks fabulous and each client would want her perfection. Overall I would recommend it highly. My botox has not yet kicked in but I trust she did a fine job.
