I booked a back massage and head spa with Cynthia and it was absolutely heavenly. I highly recommend everyone try the services here. I had a wonderful experience for my birthday. Rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated. Online booking was fast and easy. This place is truly the best hidden gem in virginia beach. I will only be coming to Back to Life Massage & Spa for all my relaxation needs from now on.

I came in with a headache that had been lingering for 3 days. I booked an express massage to focus on the tension causing my headache. Patrick addressed my pain and communicated a lot to make sure we were making the most of the 30 min to get rid of my headache. I would definitely go back.

I was given a gift certificate to use at Back to Life Massage & Spa. My experience from start to finish was wonderful. The receptionist who helped me with booking my appointment and greeted me the day of my appointment was very friendly and welcoming. I received a 90min full body massage from Patricia. Patricia was amazing! Very professional, efficient and attentive. The experience was so relaxing. I would definitely recommend and I cannot wait to return again for future services.

The spa is so beautiful and extremely clean! We scheduled a couples massage, and it was incredible. Lay and Cynthia are expert massage therapists and incorporated stretching and cranial sacral therapies in the treatments. Definitely coming back! Wonderful experience!

WOW this was the most sensory friendly business I've ever been in. The decor is super modern, natural light in the lobby. Dim, warm lighting throughout. Sensory friendly materials on the bed in the room. Cynthia did my massage and she was FANTASTIC. I've done so much physical therapy for my neck and shoulder and she's the only one that's ever been able to get my shoulder loose! I tried cupping for the first time and I'm honestly a fan, comparing it against chiropractor and dry needling for my shoulder and back. I literally feel like a brand new person! I've been comparing massage businesses for a long time and I'm so glad I came here today. I'll never go anywhere else. 10/10, 5 stars, will ABSOLUTELY be back ❤️

Was greeted, wonderful calming environment. Fiancé booked surprise massage room was decorated romantically, lightly dimmed with soft music. Was very attentive and thorough. Left a great impression...will definitely recommend and return!!

Received a 90 minute deep tissue from Patrick and it was fantastic! Prior to the session he asked about areas of tension or any areas that I wanted extra attention. He had a great mix of therapeutic massgae and stretching. He ensured that I was comfortable during the session asking if he was using too much pressure or not enough but I was perfect from the start. I look forward to coming back for my next session
