New was the name of my masseuse and she was great – very responsive to requests and she took a lot of care with the treatment. Would definitely be my regular if I were a local :)

Good massage - but we booked a couples massage and the 2nd lady was 20 mins late. She also answered the phone at least 3 times during massage. No discount was given . Won’t be going back.

Bai Po has become our regular place for couples massage. Thunya and New are both amazing therapists and are very thorough. We leave feeling refreshed and renewed each time. They are also very kind and considerate - once we were 5-10 minutes late once and they still gave us the extra time at the end. They have a punch card to get a free massage after 10 massages. Bai Po will continue to be our regular spot for awhile!

Bai-Po Thai Massage is a cute little corner massage spa on Franklin and Vermont aves in Los Feliz neighborhood of LA. They offer a variety of massage services such as Deep Tissue, Thai, Shiatsu, Swedish etc. Furthermore, they offer one FREE massage after you had your 10th massage. They have four dim lit rooms with spa meditation sound for tranquility and relaxation. Today, I came to alleviate my sore back muscles due to the vigorous activity that I did this past weekend. ;D Shhhh! It was my first time at this massage parlor after walking past by it for nearly a decade. I procured a combo (Thai x Deep Tissue) service which cost $60 bucks. Their massage bed-table was covered with clean white sheets and facial head tissue. Moreover, the massage room was clean, neat and odorless. My female massage therapist was great! She applied the correct pressure points on my body and can be adjusted accordingly. After I was serviced, my muscle soreness, especially my lower back, were gone. Prices were competitive. Free rear parking. Collectively, I enjoyed their customer service and massage. Overall, I highly recommend this massage spa. I will definitely come back.

Amazing massage. One of the best I've had if not the best ever (I've tried a few places around LA and in my life NYC, Toronto, Baden Baden Germany). Super professional and intuitive. I went for couples massage with my girlfriend and both of us agreed they are awesome masseuses. Highly recommend.

Massage was great. Someone walked in on my husband without knocking while changing. Place was noisy for being a relaxing atmosphere. My massagest kept getting calls, and someone was moving a furniture while getting a massage. And the lady I got kept lifting the sheets, exposing my breast

Honestly, the best massage I’ve gotten in LA. This place is a gem. I’ve been to trendy places, I’ve been to cheap places, expensive places, and this place takes the cake. If you’re on the east side you should 100/10 support this small business. $60 for hot stones, aroma therapy, and a combo massage is INSANE. Love this place and the employees so much💖

I recently took my mom to this massage place on New Year's Day and, honestly, it was a great find. We ended up there because our original choice was booked and they referred us to this place - and it turned out to be a real gem. When I called to set up an appointment, the staff were super accommodating and friendly, making it easy to fit into our day. We arrived a bit early, and even though they were busy, they welcomed us right away. The place was spotlessly clean, which I always appreciate. It's got a cool location too, right next to a diner and pie shop, adding a nice, casual feel to the area. Plus, parking was easy with a few spots available both behind the building and on the street. Now, about the massage - my mom absolutely loved it. She went for a medium pressure massage and said it was just the right combination of relaxing and effective. She came out feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, which was exactly what she needed. She’s already talking about going back, so that’s a win in my book. The staff were both professional and down-to-earth, making the whole experience really pleasant. They keep the place well-maintained, but it's their friendly approach that really made our visit stand out. Definitely a solid choice for a good, no-fuss massage.

I got a massage here a year or so ago and it was amazing, my masseuse was exquisite, extremely professional and took such good care of me. I had such a great experience i booked a couples massage for my wife and i. I called on the 29th of June to see if they would be open July 4th and they said they would be, so I scheduled our massage for the 4th at 11am. They called me back right after to confirm so I thought everything was good to go. This morning when we arrived they claimed we weren't in their system and the man at the front desk kept suggesting that I was lying or that I didn't have an appointment. Even after I showed him the call log on my phone with their phone number returning my call, he claimed there was nothing they could do because I wasn't in their schedule. That we might be able to be seen if we came back at 4pm. I have never felt so unwelcome in an establishment as I did today and to think I had already paid for the massage and was being treated like this. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone anymore.

I started visiting this spa about two years ago, and the massage was decent at best, but pre-Covid, I returned and asked for the usual combo massage. I didn't quite recognize the ladies who worked there, and as always, I was charming to them. A new masseuse gave me a message, and I mentioned that my legs and feet hurt since my combo massage entailed body, back, and legs. I also asked if she could walk on my back as they've always done. She did so and never complained. I gave my usual 20% tip, and no one mentioned anything about the massage. A couple of weeks later, I called repeatedly to secure an appointment. They kept on saying they were fully booked, so I called again today to see if I could get an appointment for the next day, and she confirmed my name and then said, "you always ask for a hard massage and get the combo, so we can't see you anymore." Wao! I was shocked, and when I tried to let her know that I've never requested a" hard message," she kept repeating that they could not see me anymore. The funny thing is that whenever the masseuse asked what range I prefer, I always say "medium." Not only is this the worst customer experience I've ever had, but I believe there is an element of racial prejudice at this establishment, judging by the looks and rude behavior I got the last time I was there. Although I chalked it to them having a bad day-- now I know better. Please don't waste your hard-earned money here; they are unprofessional and will put their noses up even with a 20% tip. They had a couple of good masseuse persons in the past, but these days, their massages are no better than any other Thai massage place. Extremely rude front desk personnel with constantly changing staff.

I walked out of here limping. I asked for deep tissue on my BACK ONLY and got my back tickled and then my arms and legs are bruised and sore. this is after asking MANY times for them to stop, slow down, not touch my limbs etc. do not go here

What a magnificent massage!!! 90 minute combo thai, hot stone, cbd oil best 90 bucks weve ever spent. Small but excellent masseuses who know what they are doing! My guy and I both were blown away by how good these technicians were and we've had a few massages in our lives! Support this magnificent small business!

Worst Thai massage I have had in a long time. She was super slow about getting towels and lotions, and she basically was rubbing me with oil 90% of the time. I told her at least three times to put some pressure and work on the muscles, but nothing changed. I didn’t feel any better after the massage. This totally defeats the purpose of getting Thai massage. Was really frustrated about the experience. The only reason why I am not giving one star is that I went there once before and the other lady was pretty good.
