Had a scheduled appointment to get a retwist! Got all the way there and my stylist had gone home for the day because she was sick which I completely understand but I wasn’t told about it until I got there! No email or text to reschedule..NOTHING! I’ve gone here before and enjoyed my experiences up until that day. I came all the way from Grandview! I won’t be going back and hope no one else has this problem.

I had a last-minute appointment with Bai The Way to get my hair done for a photo shoot. Miss Margaret was professional and punctual, and she gave me the best wash I've ever had. The massage chair was incredibly relaxing. I truly enjoyed my experience. Thank you so much for your excellent service, and I look forward to seeing you again soon!

Had an excellent experience getting my locs re-twisted at Bai The Way. The owner/hairstylist, Margaret is friendly, professional, skilled and fast with her work. I would highly recommend visiting her salon for loc re-twisting in Kansas City, Missouri!

Margaret was the best! I just moved to KC and was unsure about trying a new stylist and she got me all the way together. Not to mention, my appointment was at 2:30 and I was in the chair at 2:33!! She slayed my hair and I left feeling absolutely beautiful. She's a true joy and gifted at what she does😊

Now guys !!! When I tell you she is the Houdini of hair , just believe. Margaret is a magician in her Kraft of hair of course !!!! Listen I am on a path of going natural and I just didn’t know what to do and she took care of all broken off hair and edges and nurtured my roots to growth . Not to mention how comfortable she makes you feel and is very patient and listens to and understands her clients. Heads up !! Yes I am fussy !!!

Margaret has been doing my hair for 10+ years. I've taken my hair from a short pixie cut, to relaxed, colored, and now natural and my hair has remained healthy through my journey with Margaret. Her shop is centrally located with ample parking and overall a good vibe not only with her but everyone within the shop.

This place is a one stop shop and has truly grown. I swear Margaret never cease to amaze me. I called her on a Saturday with a die-hard emergency.( this is the second time ) she told me 'We are closed, and my staff has gone for the evening, but if you are okay with my price, I can come back to my shop and do your hair for you. I'm out to dinner with my family so just let me know what you want to do " TRULY made my entire night. THATS NOT EVEN THE BEST PART ... this girl stood up and did my hair for about an 1 1/2 close to 2 hours and did my hair IN HEELS. Her dedication to her clients is top tier. Thank you again :-) 10 out of 10 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I been coming to Bai the way for 2 yrs and Margaret been doing a great job on my hair/growing it as well, she has such growing hands!!I will not trust any body to do my hair but Margaret she's the best at everything, I started off getting quick weave because my hair was too short and now look at me I'm getting sew ins, silk press and /tape ins!!! Hurry up and book she stay busy too

I have never been disappointed when Margaret does my hair. She has been doing my hair for 3 years now and I’m proud to call myself a client. When I first went to Margaret my hair was face Length now my hair is to the middle of my back. She keep my real hair healthy and still does any styles I want! She is fair price; but the price I pay definitely does not compare to the work Margaret does.

Margaret is the best hairstylist that I have ever came across. When you say old school hairstylist, Margaret is just that. She washes, detangles, blow dry, braids and oil your hair and scalp down. She accommodates any hair conditions and her ultimate goal is the health on your hair. She spend her times making sure all her clients feel welcomed and appreciated. Wife set up appointment with Diamon Richardson. He was very professional and really skilled with the clippers. Didn’t push my hairline back to over compensate for not lining up right lol Will come back, and recommend 💪🏽
