I went to Nazreen for the first time and I will definitely be going back. She was so sweet and made me comfortable the entire time. Brazilian wax was done quick and efficiently and I lovedddd my brows after she threaded them. 10/10

I want to start by saying that it is a nice, friendly, and welcoming space. However, the prices advertised did not match the price requested after the service. I went with my friend for a Brazilian, which was advertised at $25, but I ended up being charged $35. I decided to give this place a try based on all the positive reviews and its popularity on TikTok, but I don't think I'll be returning. I was charged an extra $10 and another $35 for a detox treatment, which I felt was unnecessary but decided to try. The waxing was not thorough, possibly due to low-quality materials. I've had Brazilian waxes before, and the results here were subpar. After the detox, she started threading, which was unexpected, and I saw her holding the thread in her mouth. I ended up paying $80 for a service that was not satisfactory. I recommend those coming from TikTok or looking for a budget option to reconsider. I'd rather pay a fair price for great results than get a half-done job.

I’m pretty sure we all came from that tik tok. Save your time and don’t go. She had stopped multiple times to go attend other clients even though I had told her I did not have much time since she already made me wait a while to start. My appointment was at 1 and I didn’t start until 1:45. I did not end up leaving until 4pm and I got there at 12:45 . She uses wax sticks that you can find in ur 99 cent store which caused so much irritation and bleeding. I wanted to have a good experience and support since she is a small business but I just did not. She still tried to charge me 100 dollars even though she did not finish the service, once i explained I am not paying that much because I didn’t get that service done she gave me a lot of attitude and aggressively gave me my change back. I never leave reviews this is my first and last one but this experience was just horrible and I hope to save many girls from coming here. Trust me there are so many better wax ladies in nyc!

Nazreen is such a friendly person! Have come here multiple times for a quick and inexpensive full body wax. She is also so easy and flexible to schedule with. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for more affordable options in NYC.

Nasreen is professional and precise, her skills are excellent. She understands the direction of the hair and works diligently to remove it from the follicle, without the hair breaking. As a long time client I highly recommend Bailey Waxing for all hair removal needs, eye brow shaping and threading!
