It is a beautiful facility. Waited 20 minutes past my appointment time. It took 5 months to schedule a PDO lift. Dr. Bair was kind, soft-spoken. He took pictures, referred back to my initial visit notes, and performed the procedure. He was meticulous, and the results were amazing. Im still recovering, so I'll know more of the results later. He is a provider I feel I can trust.

Oh I just love Bair Medical Spa! first of all, you never hear of a place taking more than one discount they go out of their way to make sure you get every coupon, every monthly deal, and discount points and combined to give you the best possible savings! Second of all the results speak for themselves! I have been going to Maria for a long time now and people are always surprised when I say I’ve had some filler and Botox! I love how the results are subtle and also outstanding! Lastly the office is just beautiful! It has a Zen and Spa and feeling! Five stars for Bair!!

Good med spa, but a lot of spas in ABQ are good. What separates Bair is the staff. Very friendly and inclusive. Very trans/queer friendly. I feel safe and welcome each time I walk in to get pretty. The staff can also be super cool and help locate discounts you might qualify for just because they're having a good day.

I had such an amazing experience here! I came needing help dissolving lip filler that had migrated, a doctors who’s not here but at a different spa. Bair was sympathetic to my needs and took care of me right away. I will be staying with them for any further needs I have.

I went to Bair Spa for a corrective Botox treatment that was performed at a different local medical spa. I highly recommend this spa. Not only did they correct the upper lip issue from the prior spa but the botox on my forehead was noticeable after first visit. They also made every attempt to locate coupons or promotions. Definitely well worth the money at Bair.

Jan 2024 I had the privilege to have Dr.Maali Consult and fulfill my needs and goals. Just before my 70th birthday it’s my post One week and I look Refreshed and youthful . Cant wait to see more Results. Dr Maali Took the time and answered all of my questions about the new fillers. was amazed at her knowledge and professionalism. The one thing that Impressed me is after we made our plan and proceed Dr Maali; Before Injecting the fillers, she showed the name of Unopened boxed Product then opened box in front of me; And also showed me when the syringe was emptied . A practice that I have never received! I thoroughly appreciated! Other spas open the box behind you, work behind you, and never get to see The product box or/and the empty syringe. The personal care Dr Mali gave me was outstanding and Beyond Other very expensive Medical Spas I have been too Also kudos to the staff at the front desk who found discounts for my birthday and the products. Dr. Bair is an outstanding provider. He does a thorough assessment of your needs during consultation, and makes recommendations based patient goals and visual analysis. He is a truly talented aesthetic doctor with a conservative approach to treatment. The services I’ve received with Bair Medicaid Spa have exceeded my expectations. The staff are always warm and helpful!

This place is wonderful! Marie at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. Sierra took great care of me and was very sweet. Plus they gave me an amazing deal for following them on social media!!! I am dropping my dermatologist for these wonderful ladies 💕 this is my go to spot for skin treatments from now on!!! Highly recommend 😁

I got lip threads My lips are misshaped not done properly. Also got botox they did not go deep enough into the muscle so it's not evan. I have wrinkles in different areas. I talk with the nurse that did my lips Desiree she was rude not very happy person really didn't care. I will never go back I will never recommend them I go to Olga now

The best medical spa in Albq! Can’t say enough good things about them. Extremely professional, clean and always does what’s best even if it means not doing a treatment or not doing as much. They really do put you and your needs first rather then trying to push services like other places I’ve been too. Marie at the front desk is so friendly and always accommodating to my changing schedule, I can always count on her to get me in for an appt. And Kathryn is the absolute best, I won’t see anybody else for Botox/fillers. She is the sweetest and does a fantastic job at everything I need done, her work is flawless and she’s so compassionate and gentle. I just adore her!
