Extremely unprofessional behaviour by Joti. Save your money and don't go here. I have been going here for months and have mostly been treated by her. Barely understands english and ruined my eyebrow shape the last time I went. She is very rude. I told her specifically what i wanted- to clean my extra hair, but she went ahead and did whatever she wanted. Her hands smell too.

I’ve been coming here for years to get my eyebrows done. I get them threaded and henna. I get so many compliments on my brows! Bala is the best! The shop is clean and they are always super friendly.

This place is disgusting. The main threader's hands smelled like feces. There is no sink there and they use the same string all day long. The man behind the counter was touching himself while watching a very young girl get threaded. When I said something, it was clear they both already knew he does this often. Choose anywhere else!

Bala did such an amazing job she did them the most symmetrical I’ve ever seen!! And she’s so sweet. Definitely my new go to. I didn’t even have to tell her what I wanted she did her thing!

I've already forgot the name of the Lady who serviced me; but, I came in for a eyebrow henna tint. The lady said that she needed to thread my eyebrows as well because they were uneven (something I hadn't noticed). She threaded them perfectly. She even got some stray hairs I hadn't seen. Then, she tinted my eyebrows and when she was done I looked amazing. My eyebrows looked natural & even. It was exactly the look I was going for. I told her that I would see her in 2 wks for another tint. I won't be going anywhere else. She does excellent work.
