Just had a facial, it was WONDERFUL. Jordyn is professional, relaxing and sweet. This is the second facial she's done for me and they are the best facials I've ever had, and I'm old. She knows what my skin needs and takes care of it. Cannot say enough good about her.

Love my facial everytime I come Loida is the best. She is very calm and makes you feel relaxed. One hour is never enough. My skin is glowing and beautiful. My dark spots are gone. Everyone is very sweet and makes sure you know where everything is located. Can not wait until my next appointment Thank you so much. 💓

I had an amazing first experience. My massage therapist was Alex and he really helped me get all of the tension out of my back my neck and my hips. I felt like a totally different person walking out of there and I am so grateful for the experience that I had. Will be back soon!

Enjoyed a very relaxing and much needed deep tissue massage at Balance. My masseuse Eric was fantastic. The facilities are immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. I will most definitely be returning. Book a service here if you appreciate excellent service and a top tier experience.

Carlos gave me a pain management massage today for problems I've been having with my legs. The massage was great. I highly recommend it. Carlos took his time, answered all my questions, and did an excellent, thorough job. I knew one massage wouldn't solve my problems, but it definitely helped.

Had a facial 50 minute time it was very nice and relaxing but if you haven’t had one like in 10 years I aaakes to have staff to tell me what she putting on my face. But she was very good

The staff is friendly. They do a great job explaining products if you want more information, but they are not pushy about it. The facility is very clean and welcoming.

This spa experience was amazing! It was my first visit and it did not disappoint at all. The receptionist made me feel very comfortable and made sure that I was good. The lady that did my facial also made sure I was very comfortable. I will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend them. 10/10

Balance Day Spa is super relaxing. I had Vanessa as my masseuse and she was wonderful! I had an injured back and she really helped relieve the pain. The waiting area and the women’s locker room was clean and peaceful. The sauna was relaxing and a great way to end the day at the spa. I will definitely be returning!

Amazing treatments here and everyone is so welcoming. The atmosphere is clean, smells amazing and all the treatments are top quality. Love this place! I really do love this place but updating my review and changing it to reflect that I received a gel manicure, all one color and it chipped within the first 5 days. It's the first time I've ever gotten a gel manicure that chipped and didnt last for weeks. I dont know if the polish was old or if an additional layer was needed. The service was still outstanding, just didn't get the longevity I was expecting from the service.

I used a gift certificate for a massage, facial, manicure and pedicure. Every service was too notch! The massage was very relaxing and I loved my masseuse she was very calming. This was my first facial and I was blown away it was amazing! My mani pedi was fantastic!! Loved all the services and all the people that performed them I will definitely be returning!

My team at work gave me a gift card for the spa. I was in dire need of a massage, so I booked the Salt of The Earth massage. The therapist I was assigned was Eric. My massage was amazing and Eric was a pleasure to work with. I left feeling very relaxed and pampered. I will be returning for sure.

We had a very unpleasant experience with the receptionist. We had a scheduling issue, but instead of trying to resolve the issue, she treated us disrespectfully. And she refused to delete our personal data out of their system upon our friendly request. CX is apparently no priority at this establishment.
