I’ve come here a handful of times only for a cut/blowout but have had excellent experiences each time! I intentionally searched for a studio that focused on holistic products and environment. Emma is the sweetest, she is consistent and does a great job! If I ever get my hair dyed, I will definitely come here. Ps, the scalp scrub add on is WORTH IT!

Always love coming here to see Jamie and Emma. Never misses a beat, always welcoming and walk away looking fabulous. It’s the most quaint environment and not busy, loud or chaotic like most salons.

Beautiful, cozy place. Brenda did my hair and I enjoyed her company immensely. I paid almost 400 dollars for a bayalage and not a single person in my family, myself included, can tell I even lightened my hair at all. I waited a couple months because she said the toner was just dark, but my hair is too… Disappointed. I thought I found a studio I’d return to. Nope.

Emma is the sweetest person ever! She always takes her time to make sure I understand the process especially because I got all over color. She’s was one of the first girls I met in Scottsdale since I’ve moved, definitely consider her a friend.

I have been seeing Jamie for almost two years for coloring and cuts. I absolutely love the salon environment- it’s calming and comfortable. Both Jamie and Emma do a great job and are overall amazing people. I really enjoy coming to the salon and am always impressed with the job they do. I switched over to oway hair color after having scalp irritation with traditional hair dye and I have been so happy with the results of oway. I highly recommend this salon!

Over the past couple of years I have made a conscious effort to transition over to cleaner beauty, grooming, and cleaning products for my health. I was searching for a hair salon that provides clean hair coloring solutions and came across Balance Holistic Hair Studio in Scottsdale. I have now had 2 appointments with Brenda A. She is honestly so lovely and so wonderful. Not only does she provide wonderful hair coloring and cutting services (honestly the best hair cut/style I have had in years- I have received SO many compliments) but she gave me tips on no/low-cost ways to improve the health of my scalp and hair at home. The studio itself is small, clean, and inviting. LOVE this place!

This salon is amazing! My hair has never looked better! I also love that they don’t use harsh chemicals. Plus, the salon is so cute!! Brenda is my gal. She is so sweet and treats you like a friend. The other ladies in the salon are so kind, as well. I would highly recommend coming here!

I found Jamie about two years ago and I have been so happy with every service. Jamie is just amazing at making all my hair color/highlighting ideas come true and my hair always looks amazing. She also has great products in the salon which have transformed my hair and made it healthy again. I recently got extensions put in and I cannot be happier! I feel beautiful everyday and they feel so natural and comfortable to have in. If you are looking for a great salon that’s a gem go ASAP.

I love Jaime at Balance Holistic Hair Studio! She has done my hair for many years and I always love the color, cut and style. Her use of natural products is a bonus! Recently, she installed extensions for me and I couldn't be more pleased. I have fine, shorter hair and it's always been hard for me to grow it out. I absolutely love the extensions Jamie put in for me. It's been such a fun hair experience to have long, full hair!

Jamie at Balance is so great! I started going here when I was pregnant to avoid any chemicals that may be harmful. That was nearly 3 years ago and I've loved it ever since! It's so nice to get a great cut and color at a clean and natural salon!

Jamie at balance is truly the best of the best. From the moment you walk into the salon you feel peaceful. The environment is so calming and beautiful. Every little detail is thought of-from drinks and snacks offered, to the music, to of course the hair services. I've been getting my cuts, color, and extensions from Jamie for years now-and can't imagine going anywhere else. If non-toxic products are your thing-THIS IS THE PLACE! I love knowing that everything that's being used is 100% safe for me. No know horrible smells and burning, no more questioning what the heck is in the hair dye, shampoo, etc. Can't recommend this place, and Jamie, enough!

Jamie is the best and her studio is such a peaceful retreat. I love how she takes time to understand what I’m hoping for with my hair, remembers things I’ve liked in the past, and makes great recommendations that I end up loving! I also love the quality of products she uses and offers. I’ve never been a fan of clean shampoos till the ones I’ve found in her salon. Hands down so easy to recommend her and her salon to anyone and everyone!

I moved to the city a little while ago and have been looking for a new stylist to go to -- Carla has won me over with her talent and personality! I immediately felt like we were friends, and the hours I spent in her chair went so quickly. She did such an amazing cut & color for me and I have received countless compliments on my hair! I also love how she uses holistic & clean products that aren't harmful for me or my hair. Also, the studio is absolutely the cutest studio I have eveI recommend this studio & Carla whole-heartedly!
