Geraldine was awesome—she really listened to what I wanted and gave me some solid suggestions on what would look good with my hair. She wasn’t just doing what I asked, but actually made sure it’d suit me perfectly.10/10 recommend!

First time at this salon. I was taken care of by Maya and I can't say enough how lucky I got! Not only was she professional, personable and courteous but she is an artist at her job. A very short stacked bob with long hair in the front is not an easy task. Maya mastered it and I have never been happier with my hair results! I live in South Carolina but I will fly back to have Maya manage my style. She's a gem and I highly recommend her.

I’ve been a Balance Salon client for 17 years! Lorraine, my master stylist, is amazing!!! I receive regular compliments on hair cuts and color. The entire salon experience is amazing…the staff, the ambiance, and product selection.

Have had my hair cut here several times now. I have curly-ish hair and am not super picky about my haircut because the curls are pretty forgiving. However, I have never had a stylist who has taken the time to use curl product and diffuse my curls well. Usually I get a blowout or my curls are so brushed through by the time they go to dry my hair it’s just a frizzy mess that they try to make look okay. That is until today... Lauren not only cut my hair with attention and did an amazing job, but took the time to style my hair with good product and diffuse the curls. I left amazed! Highly recommend!

I am a visitor to the area. I picked the salon from the internet. The receptionist was wonderful, the salon happy and clean and my stylist Geraldine gave me a wonderful cut. What a wonderful young lady and a super experience. Price was right too!!! I would recommend highly!

Balance ROCKS!! My hair dresser Loraine was waiting for me when I came in. She is fantastic, very professional and kind . The scalp message and hot towel is great too. I always look forward to seeing Loraine and getting my hair done. It makes me feel great. Great job Loraine and Balance. Everyone is always so kind.

Everyone at Balance is so friendly and makes the experience fun and relaxing. I’ve been getting my hair cut/colored/styled by Clarissa for 8 years, and it is always incredible. She is extremely knowledgeable about all the different dyes and products and how they work with different hair colors and textures. I bring in an inspo picture, and she helps me figure out how to make it work with my hair type, face shape, and lifestyle. We’ve done blue, pink, silver, blonde, and everything in between, and my hair always looks amazing, from fresh color to faded out months later.

I’m a guy & just got a haircut, Loren & Sierra cut my hair, & I’m really happy to find this spot. I just moved to Tampa from San Francisco & this place is exactly what I’m use to in SF. This spot could totally be in a trendy SF district. Nice, fun, high style yet very professional & clean… just a great vibe there.

I am so satisfied with my experience at this salon! I wanted to get rid of the blonde and go back to my more natural hair color. Geraldine was very thorough and told me what she doing, why she was doing it, and when was doing it. The, very much needed, haircut turned out even better than I expected as well! It hasn’t even been 24 hours and I’m already recommending this salon to my friends!

This salon is very very extra. They are clean and sanitized. I love a clean salon. The ladies and gents dress appropriately, that too saids alot about who you are and how professional you are. They handle clients with respect and care to your needs. I recommend this salon to anyone who appreciates excellent quality products and services. This is my New Place for hair care!
