I have been coming here since 2020. My stylist moved out of state and I made the mistake of going to another salon. They butchered my bob haircut (pictured last). CJ, the owner, happily offered to fix it. She worked miracles. The pictures speak for themselves. I am happy to back home at Balance!

I’ve followed owner CJ Nicotera for 25 years for her wonderful service and expertise. Balance Salon and all their stylists are fabulous! Conveniently located in Park Place across from Perimeter Mall, it’s super convenient and there’s plenty of parking. You’ll become a regular like me!

I’ve been coming to this salon for a while after having a horrible experience at a different salon. Accidentally came across their Instagram page and fell in love with Kenia’s salon pictures on her account. I messaged her to set up my first appointment and I’ve been a loyal customer ever since! She really takes the time to listen to your ideas and vision. Even when I wasn’t always sure about the vision, Kenia would give suggestions and was always honest about what options she thinks would look amazing. My husband started coming to see her as well after he saw that I was consistently having really great experiences. I could not recommend her enough!

This was my first time at Balance Salon. I have known CJ for 20 years and she used to do my hair when we lived in ATL. My mom has been going to her for years and recommended that I see her for grey blending because no one at my salon was giving me direction. I drove 1.5 hours for the appointment. CJ & Balance Salon did not disappoint! This was a huge step to change my entire look and I was nervous. CJ took a lot of time with me during the consultation to listen and reassure me. I trusted her 30-year expertise and voila! I have a gorgeous head of icy blond highlights that are woven in with my own beige blond and silver/grey. It is shiny and blends seamlessly. Balance Salon made me feel pampered and not rushed at all. I would highly recommend them!

Amazing location great parking love the team here. Everyone is excellent and so nice. Been seeing CJ for over 10 years. She always gives me the latest trendy cut for a manly man. She helps me out with my beard. Just love the salon. Douglass is my go to if CJ is not available.

I've been going to Douglas for nearly two years and I couldn't be happier! I just get a basic haircut but he's always patient and does an amazing job. He seems to know what my hair needs even when I can't describe it very well. The salon itself also has a great atmosphere and is very relaxing. I highly recommend and will continue to visit.

My stylist was so sweet but my hair was absolutely butchered. I asked for a blunt, chin-length bob and ended up with a choppy mess. I didn’t notice until I got home and checked the back. I’m definitely disappointed in the outcome of this cut and will have to grow it out to get it fixed.

I have been going to CJ & Balance Salon for 15 years. The location is great! Easy parking, beautiful courtyard, and a warm and inviting environment. All of the stylists are so friendly. The salon has a welcoming feel. I’m always greeted with a smile and an offer for a beverage (water, coffee, tea, etc). I look forward to my appointment each time…not only to receive a fabulous service, but also to catch up with the friends I’ve made at Balance Salon!

Need a quick color, cut or even extensions this salon does it all! Great staff and the salon itself is cute and efficient. CJ the owner is amazing but all the stylists are vetted and trained weekly on new techniques.
