Don't forsee myself returning here unfortunately. My total was $55 I gave a $17 tip which mathematically is a 31% tip. I was going to give a 25% tip but because I enjoyed it as much as I did, I added a bit to it and I gave all the cash I had on me. Which upon handing to the person who did my massage, she was not at all shy about expressing displeasure with her face and even went to her phone to use Google translate to convey to me that the 31% tip was "too little". She then proceeded to fling the receipt and pen at me after paying the $55. Which is funny because from what I know, people in China generally don't even tip at all. And very often Chinese tourists do not tip anything for services tour guides or otherwise when visitng the US... Beyond the tip shenanigans and attitude, it was quite loud at the spot with both those working there and clients constantly speaking or shouting and cell phones frequently ringing and an older man incessantly flirting with his masseuse in the room over I then had a washing machine going next to me through half my massage. Never before have I ever experienced what I did there today and I most likely will not experience it there again nor will I be recommending this spot to others.

Great and clean place for back and foot massage. Be sure to tip well. Most of the staff I’ve known from another place for years. Highly recommend!

Came to this salon with high hopes. I’m someone who’s had many massages. I have never seen such unprofessional and rude behavior from a business. Firstly the person massaging me took 2 phone calls whilst in the middle of my massage (so much for my peaceful quiet time) then they left me 3 different times (finishing the massage the same time as if they were with me the whole time). Lastly the fact that they demanded a huge tip was UNREAL. Since when is it customary to DEMAND your customers on how much to tip?!! 100% unacceptable especially since the massage itself was not great at all. Not only would I NEVER come back here but I would certainly convince anyone out of going here. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!

These people demand $10 tips for an hour of foot massage that costs $30. They refuse to take a 20% tip and force you to pay $10. Disgusting service!

Emely is an incredibly professional massage therapist who truly knows her craft. I’ve been seeing her for almost a year, and during this time, my health and well-being have significantly improved. I visited Balance Wellness Spa last night and had an amazing experience with Emily. She gave me a professional massage and was truly fantastic! Emily is very experienced and was able to identify my problem areas right away. She focused on helping with my specific issues, and I left feeling much better. Highly recommend her if you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about helping you feel your best. I will definitely be returning!

Poor experience. It was unfortunate. I wanted to love it. I had a 90 min massage which was $65. In those 90 min the lady giving me a massage got a phone call which her cellphone ring was on loud, she answered it, had a conversation and then went on to have a mini text conversation, sending out texts and answering them- again- her volume was on loud so I could hear messages going out and coming in. She was also in and out of the room on multiple occasions having conversations with other employees, and customers (not only to get the towels which in some places to be expected). There were other employees around so she wasn’t a one woman show. The towel she brought in was also cold and wet in between wipe downs. At the end she told me the total and added “plus tip”. I gave her a $10 tip and she became angry and demanded $20 while including in her other colleagues in the conversation. 20% is standard if the service was good. Which would have been $13. Demanding for a $20 tip which is also optional with the services given was outrageous. Not a relaxing experience overall. I understand you get what you pay for but, there are other places you can go with similar prices and convenient scheduling.
