Went to my first appointment last week; their office is pristine, the staff is super professional, and the treatments are AMAZING! I had two treatments done that I’m already seeing positive results from and already planning times for 4 other treatments that I want. They really have everything you need. Definitely recommending them to all of my friends☺️

I love this place !! The new Brookhaven location is so beautiful, they have all the things you could want for wellness and aesthetics. I’ve gotten a red carpet facial with Megan before at the previous location (she’s amazing btw, my skin was glowing after!) Today, I got my lips done by Justin, he was so gentle and was very understanding about my meticulous concerns (I’m such a baby when it comes to needles). I barely even felt the Botox injections! So happy I found this place. I can’t wait to come back and try some of the biohacking treatments next time 🙂

This was my first visit to Balanced Aesthetics Medspa for a Platinum HydraFacial with Meagan Thomas and I can confidently say I will be rebooking and will be a regular client! Meagan left my face feeling refreshed, snatched and glowing all at the same time. The medspa was beautiful with a peaceful and organic feel. The staff at the front desk at arrival and checkout were both very friendly and genuine which was a breath of fresh air from other establishments where staff can feel stale and salesmen like. I am looking forward to trying out other services they offer in the future. If you’re in the surrounding Atlanta areas you should definitely give this medspa a try, they will not disappoint. Also parking was a breeze with a complimentary parking garage right behind the spa. Thank you Meagan and BA for the perfect start to my day!

(Original) Started coming here after moving to Atlanta and honestly have loved it. They are super welcoming and very informative, putting up with all my questions and making me feel comfortable (still rather new to Botox). Update 11/18/2024 (reduced to two stars) Clearly they are having issues since my original post. Starting off there were issues with staff and not having someone capable of filling the products I was getting (and also paying a membership for). I was thanked for my patience (like I had a choice) and at one point a new woman was checking me out and what I assume is the manager was telling me she would give me a discount. When I was processed and paid for my service the new employee brought up they didn't apply the discount and the manager and I met eyes and it was clear she was banking on it going unnoticed. The staff change there like a rotating door, which speaks volumes about the state of the business that is also underlined by the fact that it is rare another customer is ever there when I am. Also it took weeks to get my prescription just recently and the supplies that came with it were not right, it was changed from a courier delivery to UPS (because they are so reliable) and clearly they changed pharmacies/compounding pharmacies (of which I can find no email alerting me to this change) to something cheaper (while still charging a premium price) for them. I also had to drive 35 minutes away from my home to find a place with availability to conduct labs because they have apparently outsourced it versus doing it internally like before. They also "switched systems" which resulted in the loss of what seems like most of my information, first concerning and then alarming/irritating when I am getting spammed with several texts to fill out new forms asking questions not even related to the care I am receiving. (I work in tech and you should have been able to have a CRM provider transfer your medical records. It's not hard I work in this space for a living). This all just speaks volumes to a disorganized company clearly going downhill and in need of a lot of change (and not speaking to their new location which is farther away in what I am assuming is a cheaper building). The only reason I am giving this place two stars is because the staff (as noted by other reviewers calling out the nice staff or those doing injections), not management, are great individuals trying to perform their jobs to the best of their ability. The issues are clearly coming from above.

One of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had! I had Laser Genesis with Kayla. She was very knowledgeable, professional. Took time to explain everything and be sure she understood what I wanted. There is already improvement after 1 treatment- can’t wait for my next appointment!
