Julissa was amazing! Super professional and kind. I’m a cancer patient and this massage and hot stones was what I needed for a long time!! You are amazing!! Many blessings to you guys and if I had more than 5 stars I will give you all of them!! This place is a little bit of heaven!!!

Do not use there services. Owner has not responded I was charged after visit for service that I did not receive. They charged my card a day after visit without even speaking to me. Several attempts to speak to owner or to have issue resolved has been ignored. Once again I have yet to receive any form of communication. As I have emailed and called.

Experienced the 80 minute Swedish massage with Julissa… it was heavenly! Wendy was fabulous with my facial and mani/pedi! Would highly recommend both of these awesome ladies. The location is super clean, wonderfully decorated, and all of the staff were super friendly.

I called for a last minute facial for myself and a friend and they happened to have two openings that day that worked for our schedules! We both had Emma and are considering joining the membership because the facial was so good! The price can’t be beat. And the ambiance!? They did a great job. Nailed it. There’s a serenity room where you can sit in a full body massage chair while you wait! And since our facials were back to back we each had an hour to wait and relax. It was so lovely.

If I could give Emma 10 stars, I would!! The space is lovely, calming and relaxing. And the facial was *chef's kiss*! My skin was glowing and felt so soft and smooth for weeks! Highly recommend this space and seeing Emma for all your face needs! Your skin will thank you!

The end of 2024, was a great year. I attended LGI HOMES Realtor event and walked away winning a spa day. I got the combo services that included a pedi, massage and facial. It was the best self care day I had in months. I loved everything about Balanced Soul. The moment you walk in, such a beautiful place. I received great services from all of the techs, however my facial with EMMA was PHENOMENAL! She capped off my day. I never had a facial that included upper body massage. I really enjoyed her service and will be back in two months.

I’ve been to Balance Soul Wellness several times now, and each experience has been amazing. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and the staff is professional and attentive. I’ve had massages with various massage therapists, but Steve was by far the best! His technique was incredibly effective, and I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend Steve if you’re looking for an exceptional massage. Overall, I’d give Balance Soul Wellness a 10/10 for their consistent quality and top-notch service. I’ll definitely be back!

The spa is immaculately kept and everyone was so nice and accommodating. I did the signature facial with Wendy and she was amazing! Tells you step by step what she’s doing and makes sure you’re comfortable the entire time. My face looked brighter and more evenly toned when she finished. I will definitely be back - highly recommend!!

Today I had a facial with Emma D and it was absolutely amazing. I was relaxed the entire time and Emma was so knowledgeable and able to recommend different things to cater to my skin. It didn’t feel rushed and was truly the perfect “treat my self” experience. I will be back to see her.

Visiting from out of town my sweet God-daughter booked three massages; one for herself, her mother and me. Two women and one male therapist were available and I choose the male which was Steve and THANK GOD I did!!! I honestly didn't know what to expect. Before the massage he asked plenty of questions to know which areas he wanted to focus on as well as gave me a quick back-story about himself, he was very professional. Literally three minutes in and my body was thanking Steve. My body was pushed on, pulled on, stretched and twisted in every good way. I had never had a massasge like the one Steve was giving me. By the time Steve ended our session my body felt incredible and loved on. I left feeling like a feather floating in air. I'm back home now and still talking about the FANTASTIC massage I received from Steve. If you are visiting or live in the area I strongly suggest booking with Steve, he WILL NOT DISAPOINT YOU!
