Honestly I liked my hair at first but then it turned greenish and it wasn’t anything like the picture i absolutely hate my hair don’t recommend going here i literally don’t even want to look at myself in the mirror now I have to let it grow out and pay $500 to get it fixed by a PROFESSIONAL my hair is literally green

If you want your hair two different blondes then this is your place. When I tired to point it out she tried to gaslight me saying it’s the toner. Girl, it’s the bleach you took out the left side out too soon. Don’t waste your time or money!

I would recommend this hair salon 10 out of 10 Thalia has brought my hair back to healthy and kept me blonde. They use amazing products. The prices are very reasonable. Thank you for making my hair so healthy

Absolutely love this place! Aries does my hair every time and I don’t think I could ask for a better hair stylist. Shes so sweet and actually talks to her clients unlike some other stylists. I would definitely recommend her!!

I went to this salon for the first & was disappointed with the lack of communication . I called before I even booked an appointment to ask for prices for single color going darker. I spoke to Thalia & she let me know that the price for short hair was $60 & for long hair it was $70. I was okay with the price & booked an appointment. As soon as the lady is done doing my hair she takes me to the receptionist area & charges me. She tells me that the total comes out to $120. I was surprised as they told me earlier it would be $70, but I didn’t say anything because they had other customers in the salon & I didn’t want to cause anyone to feel uncomfortable. I left & called & the lady who answered let me know they would call me back. When I received a call the next day the lady who did my hair told me that she spoke to Thalia & that she said that she never told me that $70 was the set price & then she says each stylist has a different price & that the price would have been $70 if I booked with the lady I spoke with. Which doesn’t even make sense because if I call to ask for prices ahead of time & im okay with what they told me why would they book me with someone else & not let me know that her prices are higher & what price im expected to pay after. Overall Im very disappointed with the lack of communication. I feel like they tricked me into booking & then surprised me with a bill $50 over what they originally told me & then made me feel like I was lying about the conversation I originally had with Thalia. Im pleased with the color but disappointed with the overall service. I was excited to treat myself & try out a new salon but now regret it & wish I would have stuck with my regular stylist.

DO NOT GO HERE! Hands down worst haircut of my life. I cried as soon as I left. Didn’t ask for a mullet, but guess what? I got one instead of a simple trim. Didn’t ask for bangs either. But I now have them going around my entire head. I honestly took my incurable cancer diagnosis better. The only bright side is that she gave me a discount. But only because she knew how horrible it looked. You’d be better off cutting your own hair, blindfolded, using your non dominant hand, with a dull knife.

I have been coming to the Balayage salon for almost 2 years, I see Thalia and Vivianna, they do an amazing job every time and have taken care of my hair. The other girls there also do such a good job, it’s been a great experience and I love this salon!

I have been going to the balayage salon for about 3 years now. My hair always comes out amazing! I have had both hair stylists Thalia and Viviana, they do an amazing job!! I’ve seen other girls get their hair done with the other hair stylists and they all do an amazing job! I won’t go anywhere else!!

The first time I went , I had to wait for more than 30 minutes because the hair stylist was not there, he probably forgot, but thankfully there was another cosmetologist and she called him to let him know , so he finally arrived. I was never rude with him, I didn’t wanted to make him feel uncomfortable even though he was not so professional for arriving so late. At the end, I was satisfied in the way my hair looked, he did a good job. Although, today I had an appointment at 12pm with Claudia, and no one open the door , I arrived 15min late , I called 12:17pm because no one open the door. I called again to see what happened and she told me that they have a policy that if you are late 15 min they will automatically cancel your appointment, it will be good if they post that policy in there website , so we the clients can prevent that in the future, I felt she sound rude and careless in the phone , maybe that’s just a perception. I told her that they don’t have it announced anywhere and she just said well that’s what we actually do.

Went in today and was very nervous as I have not had my hair colored in years. I always had long black hair and wanted to go shorter and lighter. Clara was absolutely amazing And very honest from the beginning . She showed me with a strip test of my own hair how it would look and also how I would damage my hair if I decide to stick with the color I wanted. At the end of the day I'm happy with my decision, my new hair and will be going back to her once my natural hair comes out :)

First time I went I told the stylist it has to be natural due to army regulations I was told that it was fine but I would need two sessions because I was going from brown to blonde highlights. The first session my hair was copper (very orange) I was told to come back in 4 weeks to add toner and lighten up the hair. Came back 4 weeks later and walked out with at least 3 different colors. Grays, patches of different blondes and still ALOT of copper. Sat in the shop for more than 6 hours for a touch up. Both times the stylist was more than 20-25 minutes late. Absolutely do not recommend.

For what I paid for, he didn't cut my bangs. I asked him if he was going to cut them and he said yes but he just curled them.

Had a Brazilian Blowout done today....and just love it! Claudia did a wonderful job...and she was able to accommodate me earlier then originally scheduled....shes the best👍❤
