Balboa Oasis spa is the best! Convenient location and easy parking. The saunas are always clean and have water and towels. Also, I highly recommend Tony for your Swedish massage! 10/10 recommend

Abbey is the absolute best. She listened to all my skin concerns, gave me great advice, and took care of me like I was a good friend. The environment is so calming and the staff is super responsive. I’ve already booked my next facial!

MELTED my pain away. I booked a hot stone massage with Abree after pulling something behind my shoulder blades and trying to massage it myself, I couldn’t turn my head!! 50 min with her & she released everything! I have never felt such RELIEF.

Wow! I just had the best experience - I booked a 30 minute foot massage and left feeling lighter than I’ve felt in awhile. If you’re looking to release tension, I highly recommend booking with him. Pricing is extremely reasonable, especially if you have a monthly membership. I’ll be back many more times. Thank you, Tony!

I'm so disappointed in this place. The 1st time I went they had sent zero directions, so I had no idea where to go (the building is very confusing and has a locked gate). Eventually got in. Luckily they responded to my text very quickly, but they were late - no one was there when I got there. The 2nd time I went I knew where to go, but no one was there AGAIN. I texted them and they said they probably had another appointment!! So it seems like they offer several services and don't have someone at the front to help people, so if someone is offering a massage you're what? Supposed to wait until they're done? Extremely unprofessional. I waited 5 minutes and left. It's unfortunate because their infrared saunas are pretty awesome and I really wanted to give them my business weekly. They are individual, they provide cold water, cold/wet towels, dry towels, and you can hook up your phone to listen to music while you're in there. Great offering, HORRIBLE service.

AMAZING!!!! Do yourself a favor and book any type of service here! Customer service was amazing from beginning to end: from the phone call to book, to both services, to leaving the spa. I had Abree for a massage and it was one of the BEST deep tissue massages I've had. She focused on the areas I mentioned were sore and I felt great afterwards. Sometimes when you ask for a deep tissue massage you get a slightly firm Swedish massage...not with Abree! She gave me a true deep tissue. Ashlee gave me a facial and was SO helpful and very informative on how to better take care of my skin. She also noticed I had tight jaw muscles (TMJ) and gave me an epic facial massage to help relieve some of the tension. I felt so great afterwards, that I wish these two worked where I live, bc I would be a regular for sure. This is also a beautiful location and close to Balboa park. We had a great morning walking around Balboa and then had a short 7 min drive to the spa. Beautiful day filled with beautiful people and awesome services.

Fantastic massage!!! All the stars! I did a 90-minute Swedish massage and it was incredibly relaxing - just the right amount of pressure. He checked in on pressure throughout the massage. Also - I received a nice little jade face roller treatment and gel pack on my eyes. I can’t wait to go back! (Note: if you don’t like your face massage and/or scalp, be sure to let them know. I love it, but I know it’s not for everyone). They have a sauna you can reserve for before or after, it’s a little small if you like to lie down. There is a mini fridge with water and cool towels. It’s a cute and cozy place and with a lot of nice touches for a wonderful experience. I booked this on ClassPass and has issues with the ClassPass booking system - Balboa Oasis was over and beyond helpful in communicating and resolving the glitch. Extremely pleasant people to work with.

My first time here will not be my last. I booked a 60 minute hot stone massage through ClassPass and Tony was wonderful. The pressure of the massage was perfect and he checked in multiple times to make sure it was enjoyable. I swear his hands are like magic. I left feeling amazing especially after playing volleyball the night before! The space was clean and very peaceful throughout my massage

Absolutely loved my massage experience! Tony was my masseuse and he did an awesome job. I was welcomed warmly, they have parking validation, and I was served a fresh glass of grapefruit juice after my massage. I left feeling very pampered and I cannot recommend them enough. Treat yo self.

Amazing facial and all around spa. You can tell Mary really cares about your overall skincare goals. I’ve been to a lot of spas where they try and push products for you to buy but this place is not like it at all. 10/10 would recommend!

I had a fantastic experience at Balboa Oasis Spa! I used the infrared sauna for 1 hour, followed by a Swedish massage with Tony and left feeling amazing! Mike was super welcoming and the massage was incredible. I'd recommend this place to anyone and hope to be back soon!

Mike was very welcoming with a warm greeting and directed me to the restroom. Tony N. did a phenomenal job with the 60 minute swedish massage! He was so professional and the pressure of the massage was perfect. It released tension without any pain. He was attentive to my needs and made adjustments as needed. After the massage, Mike gave me some freshly squeezed grapefruit water/juice! It was so refreshing. Overall, it was a great massage, I was comfortable, and they were so kind! I will definitely be coming back!

My hot stone massage with Mary yesterday was amazing! She was able to soften muscles in my shoulder that have been tight and knotted for months. My yoga practice today felt so much better than usual and I had significantly more shoulder mobility. One hour was enough to get into all my tight spots but I would highly recommend booking 90 minutes if you can because I did not want the hour to end! Mary checked in frequently and her pressure was perfect to work deep into my muscles without any pain. I especially enjoyed the use of the stones on my feet, neck, and lower back to melt away tension that has been building from working from home. I also added on a scalp massage which was divine. The check-in process was quick and easy, they pay for your meter parking, and they serve you grapefruit water at the end to help you replenish your hydration. I highly recommend this spa to take care of your body and make you feel at peace!

The cutest intimate place! was greeted nicely and offered this grapefruit water that was delicious! My facial was a microdermabrasion and it was my first facial ever! Mary made sure she understood how my skin is before beginning and the treatment was so amazing! Will for sure go back!

The infrared sauna was relaxing, I liked how they provide cool towels for after. My facial with Mary was great, she did a good job adjusting how she performed the service based on what I liked. She provides an amazing hot stone massage with all her facials. She also used cryosticks. It was different and refreshing. Definitely recommend the cupping too! I look forward to booking more services with her.

My skin and my shoulder needed a major attention and care after a year of doing nothing but being inside since 2020. I have decided to do ditch at home facial and actually visit a spa. Once I decided, I wanted it right away... instant gratification kicked in. I found Balboa Oasis Spa on one of those app and next thing I know, I had an appointment. I had 60 minutes Custom facial which nailed my issues and made my face very supple and refreshed. Then, I had 60 minutes deep tissue/therapeutic massage by Sarah. My shoulders were very stiff and fairly sensitive, though Sarah had the perfect pressure and the technic to loosen my shoulders without the pain from deep tissue. It was hard to keep me awake while the session. I didn't want to sleep through while I'm in the massage heaven.

My wife and I just came here for "The Oasis Ritual". This includes time in the sauna, a 60 minute facial, and a 60 minute massage. This was my first time ever getting a facial, but I thought it was really good. And my wife said the facial was detailed and customized, applying specific products based on our skin. The massage was excellent also!

Was able to book a massage exactly when I needed it which was right away. The staff at the front desk were so nice and helpful taking care of the intake. Sarah gave me a therapeutic massage to help alleviate my chronic lower back pain. And to top it off, they gave me tea and a cookie after!
