Kristy is awesome! Of course having laser hair removal is a little scary and yeah...kind painful too but Kristi is thorough, she is kind, and she makes it a very quick process. I love my results everytime!

Love this place! Super cute they have a bookstore in the front waiting area. Making an appointment was super easy, Had to reschedule with short notice and they were able to accommodate me. I saw Meghan and got a Brazilian wax, She made the Entire process, pain-free and totally enjoyable, Great conversation as well! Highly recommend this place for waxing!

I got laser hair removal done with Madi and it was AMAZING. She talked me through the process and kept checking on my pain levels. She made the whole experience enjoyable! I will 100% be going back to her for more laser and for other services. Bald is so cool and so is Madi!!

Megan is the absolute best. She made me feel so comfortable for my first time getting laser. After my first session I noticed at least 85% of the hair was reduced which was CRAZY. Such good value and service! I will be coming back to do my whole body!

At this point, I have had nearly every service BALD has to offer. Tattoo removal, laser, electrolysis, botox, semeglutide… and spilling tea if you know what I mean 🫖 🍵 Amber and Kristy make sure I always feel comfortable and leave feeling confident. I am also impressed with how knowledgeable they are and the overall professionalism of the business. Highly HIGHLY recommend.

Halo gave me the most amazing Brazilian bikini wax! They offered nitrous with the treatment and it made it a little less painful and a little more silly :-) I’ll definitely be back for another wax when I’m in Denver!!

What an awesome place. All of the books in the sitting area give the place such a welcoming feel. It was my first time booking at Bald and I saw Mj and her trainee (I believed her name was Madison) they were both very knowledgeable and pleasant. Felt like a lovely date with friends. Can’t wait to see the Tox results set in!

This review is specially for Alaria for electrolysis. Alaria has been doing my electrolysis, I have had four treatments to date, she’s is great. She’s knowledgeable and knows what she’s doing. I want to say she also is certified but I can’t remember the exact words she said but I know it was important. Anyway, she takes the time to walk me through what to expect. She’s very kind as well. As for electrolysis. Horrible. It hurts way more than I thought it would and tastes like metallic in your mouth. Will it be worth it? Yes of course. But just trying to level set this for you. The only thing I’d say would bring this rating down is the front desk. There’s never anyone there. Alaria is the one that checks me out, which is fine, but not how business are normally run. I also think just having a front desk person to handle check ins would be better than having to ring a bell every time.

Would recommend Bald to anyone I know that is looking for the services they offer. I have been treated for laser hair removal and am currently undergoing laser tattoo removal. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Shoutout to Kristi for being so kind, helpful, and patient! Laser isn’t fun nor is it supposed to be, but the staff here makes it so much more tolerable! 10/10

Alaria is simply the best. I was new to electrolysis but she explained the process so well and she is very professional yet easy to chat with during your appointment. She’s also quite efficient and my results have been really good so far! The salon as a whole is very clean and cute and all staff have always been friendly and accommodating with my appointment scheduling

Amber was absolutely fantastic! She instantly made me feel comfortable and was extremely knowledgeable about the services offered. She was able to answer all of my questions and made me feel so at ease. I've never done any waxing or laser hair removal treatments before but she reassured me that the service would be almost painless due to the nitrous oxide. The experience was like a fever dream and reminded me why I love Colorado. It felt so wild to be laughing while getting the laser hair removal and jamming out to my tunes, which Amber facilitated to put me at ease. It was a crazy, funny, and nearly painless experience. I've honestly never felt anything like it but I am so excited to go back and hopefully after a year or so be hair free! I cannot recommend Amber enough. She's so professional, friendly, and competent! If you're thinking of paying for laser hair removal services at this business I highly recommend it. You will not regret it!

Buyers beware….I went to Bald ~1yr ago to start my tattoo removal journey and was quoted $1,800 per treatment!!! On my way out the door the owner offered to cut that price in half if I joined their annual subscription program ($55/mth). I joined and started my treatment. The first was HORRIBLE…I blistered for two weeks and when I went in for my second treatment the new technician said the first treatment was done at a “dangerously high level.” Fast forward another 8 months (don’t do tattoo removal during the summer) and I go in to schedule my 3rd treatment. Yet another new person at the front informs me that they have new pricing and now each treatment will cost $350….this after I already paid $1,800 + $660 (membership fees) for two treatments. I was obviously frustrated and asked to speak to the owner. The person at the front said I couldn’t speak with the owner because, “she is a doctor,” (whatever that means). Two weeks later when I finally received a response the person that contacted me said there was nothing they can do for me despite the fact that I wildly over paid and if I wanted additional treatments with them I would have to pay the quoted amount, even though I had already paid for the equivalent of 5 treatments based on the new pricing for my initial 2 treatments. All I can say is I hope this owner is a better doctor than business owner. Treating local clients this way will not support long term success for their business.

I have been going to Bald for about 6 months now and have had nothing short of an amazing experience! I always go to Megan and she is a gem of a human being. She great at waxing and tattoo removal and makes you feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. I always look forward to my appointments with her! Definitely check this place out!
