I have sensitive skin that would tear with my previous waxer. She would just leave the sensitive area alone and unwaxed. I thought it was just going to have to be like that every time so I let Gia know, but she was able to wax/pluck the area without having to leave hair and she didn’t tear my skin. Gia is quick, precise, professional, and makes great conversation so you feel comfortable. 4 days later and my bikini area is still smooth with no new growth!

Professional, both in demeanor and skill. Talked easily through the appointment, making it comfortable, and she did a great job, comparatively to the many esteticians I have tried in the area. Prices normal (not high end salon prices, but reasonable for her skill level).

This was my first time getting waxed. I was expecting myself to feel awkward but Gia was so professional and made me feel incredibly comfortable! She’s such a great conversationalist and it helped me feel at ease throughout the appointment. She was fast but efficient in what she does which I appreciated. It’s been 2 weeks and I’m amazed at how my wax is turning out. 10/10 would recommend and I will definitely be back❤️

Gia is AMAZING !! She is so professional and consistent and her shop is always clean and relaxing. I've been seeing Gia for over 2 years now and will not go to anyone else. I recently used her products at home and love them. The mint body scrub and mint body elixir are well made. The consistency is soft and leaves your skin smooth and refreshed. The mint is cooling but not overpowering and the scrub is not rough on your skin. I send everyone her way and they are never disappointed. Go see my girl !!!

Gia is AMAZING! She’s so sweet and makes you feel so comfortable. When I say she gets EVERY last hair, I mean it. I had to reschedule my 6 week follow up because there wasn’t even enough hair to wax at that point. She’s the BEST in Columbus. Would recommend her to anyone!! :)

Setting and professionalism made the visit for waxing very comfortable. If I had had to go to a heavily trafficked location with a waiting area and reception staff I most likely would have reconsidered. I got my back waxed and left feeling like a million bucks. Gia is the best.
