Lulu is amazing! I had the crown spa ultimate and it was divine. The ambiance is very calming to begin with. The service was just amazing - from the scalp oil massage to the neck and shoulder massage to the facial to finally the hair spa treatment. Pretty sure I snored a few times. Definitely going back!

The best massage I’ve ever had and I didn’t even come in for a massage. Got the crown service with Lulu and everything was perfect! Highly recommend. Massage evy has NOTHING on this place!

What a Great Way to spoil yourself, I got a facial massage with Miss Lulu. She is very paid attention to details and very informative. She also explained to me one by one step for the facial. At this place , you also can get many other treatments from head to toe. Include massage!! I will definitely come back for the other treatments.

Absolutely amazing experience! JUST got done with my first service from LuLu (sorry if I spelled that incorrectly), I went for the Crown Spa Ultimate and felt like I got so much more! Highly recommend!! VERY clean. Extremely attentive. Detailed at what she does. Listens to your concerns and discusses best care. I myself will definitely be back!

The best head spa in San Antonio. I had a head spa in Japan & I been looking for a place here in San Antonio that can match the experience of what I had in Japan which I found at Bali Ayu Day Spa! Lulu is extremely knowledgeable & excellent in her craft. I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated during my Ultimate Crown Head spa. If you have scalp issues or simply want to relax, this is the place for you! My scalp and hair felt so clean after!

Amazing experience with a massage and ultimate crown services! To start, we went over all my services, concerns, and questions. Massage (with some stretches) was great. Perfect pressure for my needs. Next, the crown service with a jelly mask was so nice. If you like having a scalp massage or your hair washed, this is the service for you! Finishing my session, I received a hot green tea and delicious treat to enjoy while she dried my hair. My only complaint is that it is about 75 minute, one way drive for me (joking! Everythingbwas top notch); however, I thought it was worth it to have this good of an experience.

I got the Crown Spa Ultimate and added the mini hot stone massage. It was sooo relaxing. I have no complaints. From the massage starting in a chair to finishing my spa treatment with hot tea and a snack. It was all amazing. I definitely intend to on going back. Ask for Lulu. She was super attentive and asked about comfort level every step of the way.

I had the best experience getting the crown spa express with Athalia. This was my first spa experience ever. She did a wonderful job making me feel comfortable and relaxed. As someone who loves getting my head scratched/massaged, this was a dream come true for me. The ambiance was so relaxing, with peaceful music, dim lighting, and being tucked under a heated blanket. It was also a real treat getting my arms and neck massaged included with the service. I left feeling refreshed and excited for my next visit!
