I’m a dude who got sucked into my first family pedicure experience here…it’s AMAZING. It’s basically a massage not a nail painting session. It’s amazing and just got back from hiking trip, destroyed my poor feet so immediately went by there again. 100% recommended.

Basic pedicures include a new massage chairs with fresh exfoliating scrubs, amazing massages, and my favorite part, the hot towel wraps! There are so many optional, inexpensive upgrades options to treat yourself. The extensive selection of nail colors is impressive, and they serve cocktails during your appointment! It's a friendly atmosphere, perfect for bringing for a pampering day. I love planning a visit with my friends, daughters or even my "book club". A truly relaxing and indulgent experience!"

Detox pedicure was great! Pricey for a pedicure but the girls took their time and lots of extras were included, also extra exfoliating and leg/foot massage as well! They got us in as walk ins right away. Plenty of color choices! Definitely my new fav pedi place!

1st time taking my daughters to salon to get nails done. We had 2 pm appointment that we made literally at 12:45pm. At 2:25pm still waiting. When asked how much longer they stated 15 to 20 minutes at least. We walked out. It is okay to be behind, but 45 minutes to an hour behind then they shouldn’t make appointments.

I took my young preteen granddaughter here for her first mani pedi as a celebration. I am very dissatisfied with the service and products here. I did not think they were very friendly to either of us. They were also very rough. A mani pedi should be relaxing. Also saw them putting what appeared to be a thinner to the polish. Our polish began peeling after 2 days. The place also did not appear to be very clean. I did think the front office was polite and helpful which is the only reason I gave one star. For paying over $100 I really expected better.

I’ve had mostly good experiences here but the last two times I’ve had pedicures the tech has cut my cuticle to where my toe is bleeding. This most recent time was the worst. Even though my toe was bleeding they kept messing with the cuticle, making it bleed even more. I was painfully asking them to stop multiple times. They then sprayed alcohol on the cut which was even more painful. I was disappointed they didn’t notify management or offer me any kind of discount either.

I’ve supported this salon for several years, but won’t any longer. The manager is rude to both customers and employees and you can just feel the tension in the air. They also have a high turnover rate leaving them with many new employees not knowing how to do proper mani/pedis at your expense! There are several other salons in the area that deserve your business. Do yourself a favor and don’t choose this one!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this salon. Great attitude and friendly techs. You are greeted with kind receptionists and are provided with the best services. They have so many color options and techs take the time out to help you match the color you want and it shows that they care about the happiness of your service. Great environment. They make their own organic sugar scrubs which is something I have NEVER seen at another nail salon. They use good products and a lot of it not box products that are usually used at a salon. Owners are super friendly and always greet you and get to know you the more you come. They also have a reward system that allows you to get money off and not a small lotion like other places. Techs do amazing work. I am not a drinker but they have so many selections if you want to relax and wind down after a long day. Definitely recommend.

Never again!!!! Had an appointment and waited almost 30 minutes to get into a pedi chair. Then waited another 20 minutes to be assisted by the CO OWNER whom sat down and didn’t even greet me, in fact, I had to say “hi how are you today?” With the Co Owner doing my nails there were several interruptions with my pedicure and manicure due to the almost incompetent front desk lady that couldn’t even figure out how to get a pedi spa ready without getting full instructions. Unfortunately every time she needed something the co owner would have to address it, but wasn’t even apologetic to the interruptions in my service. Maybe that’s why a shellac pedicure and manicure took almost 3 hours. Yes 3 hours!!!!! My nails are not evenly shaped and I had asked her several times to fix this nail and redo this one and still have obvious imperfections. (Bubbly polish, nail length not even) - definitely not what I’d expect for paying 120. This place even charges you 3 dollars to pay with a card. I will take my business to another place who values their customers preference, time and detail to the job at hand! The only reason I tried this place was because I was invited by a friend.

My cousin and I chose to come here for our pedicures. They're always so detailed. They're kind and they make sure that we have everything, and that we're comfy. I recommend this place 100times!

When I first started going here they had the up most respect for there clients and you can tell they really enjoyed there job but now I feel like they rush just to get you out there chair but just current clients I can sit next to somebody and they nails come out clean and even but I always have to repeat what I want and still don’t get the shape or thinnest I want like it not that hard to get a square nail and they are beginning to slack and look real bulky I use to love this place but I really think it’s about time to find a new place that would enjoy my service and actually take the time on my nails

I went there today and they basically did a freestyle on my nails. i showed them a picture what i wanted and asked if he could do it, instead of telling me no he did it and failed. I don't know if he put glitter on it to make it look better but he didn't ask and it was not on the picture. He told me that it would look a little different because my nails were short and i said thats ok but it doesn't even look remotely like the picture. He wasvery nice though but he kept not listening to what i was saying i want and kept giving his opinion as if i payed f or his opinion. UPDATE—————————————- We went again this weekend for manicures (2 full sets and a fill) because we had such a great experience 2 weeks ago when we got pedicures. This time the experience was complete different. One of the 3 nail techs created a price of their own for my daughters nails, however, they did not explain why her price was $30 more than mine and we had the same length and shape, just different paint. When I asked him why, another lady spoke for him and was very rude. They did not explain it nor change the price. The other daughter showed a picture of what she wanted and they said they can do it, however, it was nothing close to what she wanted. Overall, it was such a different experience and I will not be returning. ——————- This was my first time here. It was 4 of us. We made a appointments and got in right away. We all loved our pedis and I plan on becoming a regular! ☺️

the customer service is terrible. i waited for an HOUR when i had made an appointment with a specific artist. turns out SHE WASN’T THERE and wasn’t supposed to be. the front desk girl is amazing though (she wasn’t the one that scheduled it). my nail artist i ended up seeing did a great job but i’ve heard that the work environment is very toxic and the place is honestly not very clean. i would rate this place a zero if it wasn’t for the amazing front desk girl or the nail artist i ended up seeing.

A little pricier but the pedicure massages are the best which is the main reason I go. As with most places some staff are better than others and the language barrier can get confusing at times when youre trying to explain what you want.

First time coming here and the last time! Got my nails done today and all my nails are different shapes, my polish is bubbled and the chrome topping that I got on top is already chipping off! Highly disappointed

The business owner and her employees are kind and considerate! This is my favorite nail salon around Omaha. I have been with them for six years since moving to Omaha and. The nail technicians are extremely knowledgeable and talented.

This place blows other nail salons out of the water. There’s a huge difference in quality, massage and time spent. Tina did an amazing job on the monthly special pedicure. The massage was by far the best part. They’re a busy spot so make sure to make an apt on the weekends.
