Called ahead. The madam said walk-ins are welcome. Showed up and she said appointment only. Got the feeling that they concentrated exclusively on the front lower torso area. I just wanted my lower back worked on.

The Massage provider lady that I was assigned was very harsh & rude also did not provide a good massage. Therefore, They are extremely unprofessional. Had a really bad service experience - Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I visited the spa and received a very satisfying massage from a particular masseuse. About two months later, I called ahead and asked if she was in that evening. I was told she was. However, when I arrived, I found out she was not in. I was assigned a different masseuse, who did not provide as good of an experience. Which wouldn't have been so bad, had I not been led to believe the person I wanted to see was available. To the management at Bali Spa: don't lie to your customers about which providers are available. I was quite disappointed that my preferred provider was not in when I was told that she was. I'm giving two stars because, again, I had a great experience the first time. But being misled as a customer the second time was not good. I doubt I am going to return any time soon.
