I always feel so welcome, refreshed and youthful after my hydrafacials with Caroline at Bali Spa! She is wonderful with all ages and skin types, including my three daughters who have all had exceptional, individualized treatments. I recommend Bali Spa for anyone looking for quality skin care!

I’ve been coming here for years! Have received treatments from a few practitioners and the owner, Caroline has a great HydraFacial system. Every year I get gift certificates for mini facials for family and it’s the best holiday present! One hydra facial is equivalent of four regular facials and while other facilities offer this service none like Bali Spa. Tucked in a neighborhood allows for easy parking for a more relaxed experience and the space is clean, professional and accessible. The owner knows a great deal about products and has helped me w my skin care routine giving a great deal of advice towards more natural and quality products. I go here at least twice a year and recommend this for your hydra facial option!!

I went to Bali after researching every provider that offers Hydrafacial services in the Vancouver and Portland areas. This spa is the cheapest ($130+ vs. $199+) and also specializes in the service. I was able to get an appointment easily over the phone. Parking is in a residential neighborhood along the street, so it is more difficult depending on the time of day you go but also free. I would not call this a luxurious relaxing experience. More results driven than restful is what I would say. And you do get results! One treatment did more for my hormonal acne and dehydration than most other more expensive facials. She added on high frequency treatment for some inflamed lesions and I kid you not she was not wrong when they disappeared overnight! She has many options to customize the treatment with boosters. If you are wondering if the Hydrafacial is just hype, it is not! I have tried many services from laser genesis to IPL to clearlift and tixel... this really does give you an overnight glow and is what I recommend to everyone who wants exfoliation and hydration all at once. I will be coming back every 6 weeks or so I think. I wish she had a membership program like so many spas offer in the area, that would really seal the deal for me.

Loved this amazing hydrafacial. Extremely comfortable and soothing. Carolyn explains her products thoroughly and how they benefit your skin on the long run. I was amazed how clean and rejuvenating my skin felt after the session finished! She definitely makes sure all your comedones are out and will keep an eye out for any leftovers on your face lol. For the price that it is and Carolyn being such a sweet soul, I am coming back here with my boyfriend this time to receive another hydrafacial from her. I had my first hydrafacial here and it will not be my last! It was relaxing, effective, and I was glowing when I left. Her extractions are by far the most gentle I've had and she actually got the gunk out.

Got a hydrafacial done. Was not comfortable at all. Made my acne worse. Told me my skin would look better once I got to my car.. heard her on her phone while she was pressing the LED lights on my eyes. Not my face. The photos she has on her site. Not one photo is hers. Paid money for something so poorly done. Not professional. Had to read my card number to her when paying $130 for this “hydrafacial”.

This was an amazing experience for me... Every moment of it!! I am a woman in her mid 40's with only 2 other facials in my entire adult life to reference from. While I loved those other facials... I've never seen such results from one facial. I HAD years of build up, even developing in places it never had before.. Like on my cheeks. I felt like it was a never ending battle. I had heard about hydra facial a couple years back and I'm so so happy I finally went through with it. I have rather delicate skin, cannot wax, thread or any of that "fun" stuff. I deal with eczema on my face. I am very sensitive to products of all types. Even my super gentle l'occitane dries me out. Well the build up.. Gone. I have never seen those pores around my nose and on my chin be completely EMPTY !!! My cheeks are back to normal... I cannot say enough good things about this. VERY sweet lady, very AMAZING service, I absolutely LOVED my time with her and am even more pleased with the results!!!

I've been excited to write this post for a while! I had a Hydra Facial with Red Light Therapy a few weeks ago and it was a game changer. I've had a facial before at a different provider and it was painful and left my skin angry. I have combination skin and felt like the pores on my t-zone were always difficult to manage. After one facial with Caroline, I didn't feel the need to hide under makeup for DAYS! The technology was gentle and I was relaxed the entire time. When I was curious about the science behind the treatment, Caroline was incredibly knowledgeable and I learned quite a lot. Even now, my skin has improved significantly and I hardly have any blemishes. I'd definitely ready to book my next facial now to see continuous results. :)

Caroline is a very funny, warm and kind practitioner. I’ve been dealing with acne for the majority of my life, and she was able to help remove congestion in my pores with the Hydrafacial that peels and laser treatments haven’t been able to treat. Hydrafacials are a very non-invasion way to help resurface your skin while packing in hydration and nutrients at the same time. Unlike other facials I’ve experienced, the procedure was not uncomfortable or painful and whatever she applied at the end left my skin smelling amazing! I cannot recommend Caroline or Bali Spa enough.

Caroline was amazing! My skin has never felt better after the HydraFacial and Red Light treatment. Caroline really walked me through the whole facial which made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. I just got done having a facial from Caroline before the Christmas madness. She was wonderful, very professional and the salon is small and cozy.....I almost fell asleep! The cleanser she used was so aromatic of orange blossoms, I loved it! My skin feels so soft and it really is glowing. Thank you Caroline, I will be back.

If you are looking for the best facial in Portland I can recommend Caroline at the Bali Spa. Having had a lot of facials in the past, I was amazed how the hydrofasial stood out. The effect was immediate and long lasting. Caroline has the knowledge and experience to advise you in the best products and treatment strategy to take care of your skin. I already feel like I turned back the aging clock.
