My daughter got a new hairstylist , took over 45 minutes for a cut and not only 1 but 2 hairstylists had to fix the mess. Messing up on a young girls hair right before school begins brought down her confidence! Never again.

No me gusta que la gente hable y/o escriba cosas a su conveniencia, el review de Jasmine Juarez, no explica lo que es, siempre para una persona es más fácil culpar a los demás que agarrar lo que a uno le corresponde. Nadie avergonzó a su hija, se le corto el cabello a la Niña, pero la jovencita tenía piojos y por REGLAS DE SANIDAD no se le secó el cabello, de manera educada se le explico que la Niña tenía una INFECCIÓN DE PIOJOS y se le recomendó hacerle tratamiento médico, se tuvieron que tirar todas las toallas que se usaron con jovencita y la capa con la que se le corto el pelo y desinfectar toda el área. La mamá después que la Niña se sentó en la silla mientras se le terminaba de hacer el corte a su otra hija, fue quien empezó a decirle cosas ella fue quien la hizo llorar y acusó a la estilista con su esposo diciendo que se le trató mal. Lo único que el salón hizo fue proteger a los futuros clientes de un contagio por piojos. Para ella es más fácil venir y escribir que no se le trató bien, que ir a cuidar a su hija de que no tenga piojos eso si es SÚPER VERGONZOSO para ella como mamá. Los salones de belleza Bambi agradecerían mucho que el PAPA de la Niña afectada volviera y pudiera tener una explicación sobre lo que realmente paso.

My hubby went here about a month ago and had the same older lady who seems about 60 years old that a lot of these reviews talk about cut his hair. And he asked her for a low fade and she left him with a round head piece Jewish men wear! At the top of his head! 🤦🏻‍♀️ He told her afterwards but it was too late! I told him why didn’t you stop her? He said I trusted her and I was on my phone. Big mistake hun! He had to wear a hat for at least 3 weeks till his hair started growing back. He went to a barber this time around and says he will never come here again. I have seen good reviews from women too so I decided to bring my daughter this past Friday. I made sure the older lady didn’t get her and there was a younger lady that took care of her and she did an awesome job! I guess it depends who you get.

Went with a friend. I guess since I wasn't getting anything done it was OK for them to ignore me. No even a good morning. Not a great way to seek new clients. Won't recommend

Ever since I started coming here 5 years ago, I've never gone anywhere else. My hair always comes out EXACTLY how I want it. I went today and Johanna did my hair again. She's GREAT! I'm always BEYOND satisfied. I highly recommend this place!

Every time I visit this place I always have a good experience. The people there are super friendly and know what they're doing. Although I will admit that my haircut is super easy. Nonetheless I do try to visit this place when I can. I don't often do because they have a lot of customers to deal with and the wait can be quite tedious.

I experienced a very pleasant appointment with Angelica!! Very professional knowledgeable. I have to say I'm very pleased with my new hairstyle!! Affordable price very convenient location. There is a little bit of a wait but i would definitely say it's very much worth it. The salon is located near various of shops. Very clean environment, workers are very friendly and professional. Would be visiting again
