I went for a 60 min massage I booked on ClassPass. I was unaware the area they do massages is on the second floor where you need to take an elevator up. The second floor looks deserted and the place itself was pretty sketchy as a solo female I was reluctant to enter. The massage itself was great however due to the weird vibes I will not return. Also if you book on ClassPass make sure to call beforehand to specify if you want a male or female mass use.

Did the basic ASMR head spa experience and was absolutely blown away. My hair has never been cleaner, and the massage portion was great. I opted to blow dry my own hair and they had top of the line styling tools to use as well as the full Moroccan oil line to finish the look. I will do this every time I come back to Miami!

I got the Korean facial with 3 modalities: deep clean, oxygen infusion & gua sha and it was the best facial I’ve ever had!! My esthetician was Kelly and she’s amazing! Definitely recommend and book with her.

I love this place!! They really listen to you and customize to your needs. Lisa is the best and always does an excellent job on my nails. I was memorized by her beautiful work of art and had to share this picture I took 💖 Best in Miami!

WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. The blonde lady that did my eyebrows dropped hot wax on my eyelid and eyelashes, and then proceeded to leave a whole at the beginning of my eyebrow. A literal whole. Also almost wripped my eyelashes trying to get the wax that dropped out. Her response was “just put make up on it” when I’ve never drawn my eyebrows on in my whole life. Did not even argue when I refused to pay for the service. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

An edit! The folks here reached out to me and offered me service at no cost to try and make for a better experience; I couldn’t do that because I was already heading out of town but I really appreciated that they offered that and they also gave me a refund for my services. So, maybe it was just an off day, but they clearly care enough to try and make it right. —— I wish I had looked more closely at the non-five-star reviews of this place before booking. I really wanted to try a head spa treatment, so that's how/why I found this place. The pictures on Google and on their website make this place seem nicer, cleaner, and more luxe than it is. Looking at the map, I also thought it was in the Double Tree, as in part of the hotel's spa treatments. It is not; it's in a mall/commercial area connected to the hotel. So, given all that, I think I had higher expectations for the place re: atmosphere. level of service, and products used. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't great and I wish I had spent my money elsewhere. I spent $190, not including tip on the head spa + facial + reflexology and wish I had just gone to a more upscale spa and spent a little more money to have a better experience while on vacation. If this was a place where I lived, I might come here if I happened to be in the area and just felt like getting a foot massage or something. The head spa was underwhelming and the facial was, like the entire experience, OK, but not great.

Came here for a couples massage, called and asked if we could use the sauna before and they said yes (didn’t mention it was paid) when we showed up they walked us upstairs to use the sauna (place looks pretty sketchy said they were closed and the place was card boarded up) when we got to the sauna - they told me it was an extra charge I asked if they provided a robe or towels she said no, my partner asked again for towels bc there’s no way they don’t provide towels. My massage was great my partners was intense and was in more pain when she left. They never asked how’s the pressure and she’s shy so she just endured it, leaving worse than when she came in. She didn’t tip for hers and was confronted about it and they made her tip. Overall very uncomfortable and I’m not sure how they are rated so high. I won’t be coming back.

I really like this place. I usually see Josue for my hair. He has done my haircut and 2 blowouts. I like Josue because I find him to be very meticulous. He takes his time and is very detail oriented. I worked in the salon industry for over 25 years so I can tell when someone takes pride in their work. I also like that he is very kind. No attitude, no snobbiness. The salon is really pretty, clean and upscale. Prices are fair. The products are incredible!! I’m a big fan of Moroccan oil products. I also have lash extensions put on by Vicky. Same situation, very professional. I love that she doesn’t make me look like I have tarantula legs on my eyes. She does beautiful work as well.

Most amazing experience ever!!!!!! I booked the head ASMR and had the privilege to have Kelly as my masseuse and WOW, she was so amazing and caring!! Then I had an appointment for a blow out with Jesus and he did a phenomenal job and very quick. Definitely will be coming back!

What a hidden gem! I felt like I was back in Singapore. The massages my husband and i had was great. A lot of stretching and kneading out knots. Guess who's gonna be a regular now!

I have been to the spa a couple times and both massage therapists were wonderful for deep tissue massage. Great technique and super nice. Fairly priced for the quality of the massage - which is really good.

Wow! Didn’t know what to expect from here, but I did the scalp massage with Fiona and deep tissue massage with Nicole. Let me just say that was the best deep tissue massage I’ve EVER had and I’ve been getting massages for over 20+ years! I will definitely be back. Not sure about the other services, but massages 1000%!

Got a deep tissue & lymphatic message with Linda, it was amazing, I left like a brand new person on cloud 9 !!! Then i had a facial gwasha massage with Kelly , I was in heaven! & lastly did my builder gel manicure with Vicky. She went above & beyond. I definitely recommend this place for any of your needs. I live in the neighborhood so I will definitely be back!!

I got a chair massage, and the massage itself was great. Very reasonably priced and I felt very relieved. I will say that the chair massages are in the main hallway of the spa, not anywhere private. Everyone coming in for their massages inside the treatment room walked by me in the chair. Employees were talking to each other, phone notifications going off. Someone also set up a ladder about two feet from my hair to repair something on the ceiling of the hallway. Not very relaxing of an environment for the chair massages.

I got a manicure and it was a Polish change. It bubbled, and she said it was because of regular polish.No I get regular all the time arguing with me. I am a cosmetologist so I gave her this review horrible job and it was 30$ should have fixed it

I had the full body deep tissue massage with Nicole, probably the best quality massage I have ever had. She found every single knot and worked on them until they melted away. Very happy with my experience! Also had the Korean facial and let me tell you, even more relaxing than the full body massage! Emily performed the facial, she took her time and analyzed my skin. She determined I needed a detox and she unclogged all my pores. My skin was glowing when I left. 10/10 TREAT YOURSELF AND GET A FACIAL OR MASSAGE OR BOTH!

My husband and I came here for our first massage and facial treatment. We were beyond satisfied with our treatment. We got the couples massage with a gentleman’s facial and a Korean facial. The two people who did our massage really worked at the muscles that needed the most work. The Korean facial was satisfying, the woman took out all the black heads and dead skin from my face. Highly recommended.

I always have a fantastic experience at Bamboo Wellness Spa. The massages are consistently top-notch, and the head massages are incredibly relaxing. I recently had a session with Max, and he worked wonders on my back pain and a headache I had been dealing with for three days. He really knows what he’s doing! Highly recommend!

I can give this place 2 stars at best. My best friend and I booked a Head Spa Treatment each, a massage, and a blow out. The Head Spa treatment was supposed to include a scalp analysis. However they didn’t preforme it until the end when we demanded it. And at that point it was worthless as anything that had been there previously was gone. The hair wash was good but it wasn’t worth the price of admission. The massage was the first thing we did. It was my first lymphatic massage, and maybe it’s different than other ones. I belong to one of those membership massage places and get regular treatments. In my experience I’ve never been touched like that before and it frankly made me uncomfortable. Maybe they should prep people or at least be able to communicate what’s happening. My massage therapist was incredibly limited in the ability to communicate in a manner I could understand. The blow out which on our reservation showed as free cost us way more than it was worth. My hair was 70% dry by the time it was started. It took maybe 5 minutes and cost me 40 dollars. While the stylist said he was going to give me volume my hair was flat to my head and not worth anything. My friends massage was very lackluster she was supposed to get hot stones and maybe got them for 2 minutes total, She too said it was the worst blow out she’s ever received, However she loved her head spa service. This place is poorly run and I would recommend people seek a different experience.

My fiancé found Bamboo Wellness and Spa while we were in Miami, and I’m so glad we came! I had just had surgery, and my feet were extremely swollen from being on them so much during our trip. All I wanted was to relax and decompress, and Max, my massage therapist, made it happen. He was so kind and attentive, especially considering I couldn’t sit leaned back due to my recovery. Max made sure to accommodate my seating arrangement and was very mindful of the areas where I was experiencing soreness. He really targeted the spots I told him about and checked in with me throughout the session to ensure I was comfortable and positioned properly. The service was outstanding, and I left feeling so much better. I highly recommend Bamboo Wellness and Spa and will definitely be back on my next visit to Miami!
