Bad experience. Place is cold, they put cold towels on you and their hands are cold. Felt like a cold plunge massage. Not going again.

It's so loud recently.. the massage has also become of less quality. 3 stars for the people there.. when asked to lower their volumes, they did so immediately and I really appreciate that.

Me and my son(10) went and got the hour foot massage. It was GREAT! My feet are so sore from being 9 months pregnant and it felt amazing. They worked my face, neck, shoulders, legs and feet. My son enjoyed it as well and felt really comfortable. I will come back!

I have been coming here for a while. I come at least twice a week especially the last 3/4 weeks paying $90 for a massage and usually leaving $20-$30 tip. Today my one off day I only had $10 cash. And the receptionist as well as the person giving me the massage kept insisting I give them more tip even if I had to put more on a CC. I understand that I usually give more but if I'm your consistent customer coming up to twice a week why can't you be more understanding the 1 time I forgot cash. I won't be coming here anymore. If you are looking for another place with great people on Union and Camden next to chaleteco there's a great place that don't hassle tips.

I've been here twice lately. Once for a foot massage, once for a full body. Both massages were very good. I had the same therapist both times. Sorry not, not sorry I'm not sharing her name or I'll never get to book with her again. I will be returning again. A friend of mine needed a massage too & went with me on my second visit. She was very happy with her massage too.

My mom got severe sprain on her elbow after the massage and we suffered for a week. They should know to be gentle enough to not cause damage. Never going there again. Horrible experience.

Schlimmste Erfahrung dort! Es war die schmerzhafteste Massage die ich je in meinem Leben hatte. Ich habe gesagt, dass es sehr weh tut und es hat sie nicht interessiert, sie hat einfach weitergemacht. Unfreundliches Personal. Am Ende wollte sie dann noch Trinkgeld, habe ihr genau 20% gegeben und sie verlangte mehr. Nicht zu empfehlen, ich komme definitiv nicht wieder!

The worst service ever. I paid in advance with 20% tip as the lady at the front desk suggested. When the masseuse came in to the massage she said my tip is too low so she can't really do the massage the way they generally do and started making faces. I hard to stop her and get out of the table and have to ask my money back. What a waste of time. I don't know in which world 20% is a very low tip.

The massage was really nice. But the lady ar the front desk was a little rude and I tiped $10 for a $60 dollar massage and she kept asking for more, it was a little uncomfortable

This business provides honest service! Good for relieving tension and resetting the body. No adult services offered, and quite frankly, that's one of the reasons I like it.

Great massage. They really know how to put your body at ease as they always make sure to satisfy your needs. They always ask prior to starting what areas you’d like to focus on and the intensity of the massage. Overall great experience. A real must try!!

I took our boys here and had wonderful massages. The people were kind, and the atmosphere was relaxing and quiet. They are also thankful and accommodating to a larger group. There were seven of us gals and every single one of us had amazing massages.Thank you!

Man I called and asked if they do walk on back and the man who answered said yes what time I said 1pm which gave a 30 minute window I get in and ask the woman at the front desk for walk on back and she says 1pm? I thought it was funny no one answered me directly the masseuse got in and I ask walk on back again and she ignored me and started I set my do not disturb for 1 hour and after the massage I still had 10 minutes on the timer plus the 10minutes she spent getting the hot rocks and wet towel but in the end no walk on back and when they asked how the massage was I said I called about the walk on back and they said yes and I came in there was no walk on back she then told me after directly they don’t offer that … it was like the masseuse was afraid of my knots she asked if it was ok and I just said harder please … idk I tipped $10 bc I know it would have been a big deal if I didn’t but I will not be returning

Me and my wife went there multiple times. We had different masseuses and all if them did great jobs. We always keft relaxed and feeling good. Really enjoyed the service.

They do a very good and thorough massage. The environment and the atmosphere is very friendly. Hi always have a favorite technician but I won’t share her name because I don’t want everybody asking for her as well. L O L. Anyway, every other technician there does a great job also. Prices are reasonable and they are always accommodating when I comes to reservations.

It’s good but the most annoying part is At the end they keep asking for more top even if you pay 30%. They will ask “if you enjoyed, can you give more tip?”
