Dropped in one night randomly looking for a massage . This massage was amazing 👏, This hands down was one of the best massages I have ever had . I say if you're in the area stop by n give em a try . You won't be disappointed .

The therapist I had, a gentleman, is very good with genuine reflexology technique and was able to work out some very deep tensions in my shoulders, feet, neck and back. This was a powerful and effective treatment for me. I will book future appointments here, with the same individual. Happy Customer!❤️

Clean, friendly. My masseuse was very good. Asked if pressure was good. Got a little kink I had in my back I didn’t even tell him I had! Got the back/foot 1hr combo $55. Foot massage could’ve been a little more but overall would recommend! Def will be back.

Scratched my head so hard and massage really wasn’t good. She also made a face when I tipped. At least I tipped with probably the worst massage I’ve ever received.

This is bare bones, not fancy but for $80 for a 90 minute body and foot massage, the massage was excellent. Would recommend. It was really quiet maybe bring headphones.

This place is consistently affordable and I always get a good massage. I always tell them lower back and forearms(I’m a climber) and they have never let me down They somehow given enough for attention to everything plus whatever spots are bothering me. I highly recommend the 75 minute combo with foot massage. Perfect amount of time and a very fair price

I had a much needed massage today. My massage therapist was amazing! She targeted my sore areas and rubbed spots I didn’t know was sore. The massage includes hot stones and stretching. An amazing deal at $65. I highly recommend

Total meh experience. Started out nice in a relaxing room but my masseuse barely touched my feet for a foot massage! (recently buffed via a pedicure so not gross feet!) and just rubbed up and down my shin bone until it started to hurt from the repetition. She was watching her phone several times during the session. When I mentioned it to the manager on the way out he had no other response than ‘oh,ok’. Not mad, but won’t return after this lacking experience.

Highly recommend Ashley for body massage. She identifies pain points and works her way gently through them. My body feels lighter and have improved range of motion during mh workouts.

I went there for a foot massage. I paid for an hour foot massage and he barely rubbed my feet (20 mins). He tried to explain that the chemical in the water needed time and so that’s why he rubbed other parts of my body. When I walked in, I saw other things on the menu, for example, the combo foot and body. I did not want that. I wanted purely a foot massage. And then, when I asked him to work a certain point on my foot, he said that he didn’t because it would hurt me. Now, a new day I’m waking up the following morning and my feet are still really aching and tight. I wish I had gotten a foot massage! I’ve had bad experiences here in the past, but always wrote them off as a case by case incidental basis. Unbelievable, that this place is still in business. Thankfully, this visit to Bamboo Forest didn’t feel like it was a hub for human trafficking, like it has in the past.

It's clean and hygienic. They use disposable sheets and they change them every time a new customer comes. And the masseur is very skilled. I will go there every week in the future.

I’ve been going here for a few years now and they have provided great massages. I always ask for deep tissue massages since I’m a runner and always feel great afterwards. I’ll be coming back and look forward to my next visit!

I love this place. After I’ve come here a couple times I was looking to see what some of the bad reviews were about. I think people’s expectations can be a little high or misguided for what this place is about. I actually like places like this better than fancy/pricey spas. The massages in places like that seem too cautious. Here, they just give you a great, physical massage and they don’t care about working your glutes or stuff like that. They know what they’re doing and they do a great job. It’s simple, and that’s what makes it great. I love coming here. Thank you so much!

If you need a good massage, this is the spot. We got the combo and it was a relaxing hour with effective massage of feet, legs, back, shoulders, face - you name it. This was a much better massage than some I've gotten at more expensive spas in Denver. Excellent hidden gem!

My boyfriend and I made an appointment for 3:30 for a 75 min combo massage. We got there right on time but had to wait a bit because there was another couple checking out ahead of us. No biggie. They finally take us back but leave us waiting for a while, with no instructions on what to do. So we just sat on the chair and waited. Still not sure if we were supposed to remove clothing or not. I could go into great detail, but long story short, it felt like a massage from a six year old. Didn’t seem like there was any proper training at all. My masseuse spent way too long rubbing my feet and just kept going the same things, it didn’t even feel that great. Finally, they had us flip over to do our backs. This only lasted like 10 minutes of the whole time. I could hear my boyfriend next to me getting a hot stone massage, but I never got them. It’s supposed to me included in every session. I suspect it’s because I had a tank top on, which I would’ve happily removed had I ever been instructed to. He just rubbed my back for a minute then slapped me pretty hard and yelled “OKAY! DONE!” Out of nowhere. When I sat up it was only 4:40. So not only had it not been a full 75 since we had even arrived, it was probably like 50 min of actually being massaged. When we mentioned it when we were paying they began arguing with each other in their native language, and eventually gave us $15 off. None of the experience was worth it. I have not clue why this place has good reviews. Don’t go here. It’s worth the extra cost to go to a more legit business.

My boyfriend booked us a last minute couples massage and it was absolutely phenomenal! $60 each for 1 hour back massage with hot stones included. Definitely better than any corporate spot, we love the boutique parlors!

This is a real Chinese therapeutic massage. No fancy waiting rooms or fancy aesthetic imitations, the real gems are the masseuses who truly know the art of Chinese massage, in a quiet, polite and respectful manner. They use hot stones, mild oils and hot towels so you leave with refreshed and non-greasy skin, which I appreciate. They literally float away all the stress and nuttiness and you don't even notice it. What you notice is that by the end you have a whole new feeling in your body and mind. Their prices are very reasonable but I highly recommend it for the cleanliness and effectiveness! Thanks to all the staff at Bamboo Grove, you totally live up to the name.
