Was visiting Orlando and really needed a haircut. March 4th 2024 I got a fantastic haircut from Libby. She cut my hair exactly how I asked. It's so cute. Kinda like a Beatles/Spock look. It took years off me. I would highly recommend this salon.

Scheduled an appointment for 2 pm, called 2 times to confirm, when I got there they said that my appointment was at 3.15. Stupid and very inconvenient. Very disappointed

I was so nervous going to a new hairstylist since I have moved to a new state and did not know many people. I asked in Disney annual pass holders for a recommendation and they all suggested her. I loved the hair salon. It was super clean and was a relaxed atmosphere. She did an excellent job and her prices were reasonable. I can’t thank her enough for cutting and coloring my hair and it looked amazing! I highly recommend this place.

Horribly rude and condescending owner and his daughter Libby. Highly unprofessional and not skilled whatsoever. Would NEVER give this place a penny again. Also please just refer to the response the owner gives on other bad reviews. It will tell you EVERYTHING you need to know. Hey owner go ahead and “report” me like you report any bad reviews. Looks like it hasn’t worked yet for you considering the reviews are still up.

I received THE BEST hair cut and highlights!!! Libby is so personable and knowledgeable!!! My hair has major curl in it and she did an incredible job!! I’m from out of state so it’s nerve wracking going to a new place. Libby couldn’t be a better stylist!!! Thanks Libby!!!

Libby just “gets” what I need for my hair. Used to live in the area and I’ve really missed her. Hear on vacation and booked via text, quick response and got a great appointment time. So happy with my highlights and cut. Definitely recommend!

My wife just got a hair cut. They butcher her hair. First the place was empty and wanted to know if she had an appointment. He didn't know if they fix her in. Did I say that they were EMPTY.Plus she showed 2 hours before but they still made her get a shampoo so they can charge her more. So she paid $50.00 for a hack job.

Absolutely wonderful experience. We were driving to Orlando from Miami and didn’t have an opportunity to pass by my local barber. We were able to make an appointment by phone with Libby for 4:30pm on a Wednesday. We arrived at the salon at 4:20 and were immediately greeted by Libby and was provided a Michelin-starred experience. I know now that when I’m heading to Orlando again to just get a haircut there. She was wonderful, the salon was clean, and was extremely reasonably priced! Never have I’ve been given such a please try haircut. Was the full works!

I have been visiting Libby at Bamboo Salon for close to 10 years and have never left dissatisfied! I have been styled by Libby as well as her daughter when she previously styled at this salon. They have seen me through short-medium lengths, pixie cut, a myriad of colors, highlights, etc. Libby is also honest in pricing up front whenever I ask for details, I am never surprised at the end of an appointment, and that really matters to me, as getting my hair cut at a salon is one of the only splurges I factor into my budget. It is an enjoyable, relaxing place to be. I always look forward to it! Always happy with my experience!

Very nice and clean area; courteous and helpful employees. I came in looking to get a haircut fairly quickly and they had an availability the next day that worked perfectly for me. Came in and was taken care of almost immediately. Super friendly and Libby was so sweet working with me on what style and haircut I wanted. Very relaxing and quick but great results. I'll definitely be looking here again for the next cut or trim I look to do next.

I have been going to Libby since 2017. I was nervous at first about using a new salon because I had just moved here but the salon had great reviews so I decided to try it out. I described my hairstyle to Libby and she styled it just right just by me telling her. She also does a great job with color and provides insight and advice into how to keep color longer or just how to improve your hair's quality overall. Libby is a joy to see and always makes you feel welcome and at home. The salon is always clean and well organized as well as your in and out!

I’ve been going to Mrs. Libby for about 3 years and she’s wonderful. She’s Very amicable and professional. Her prices are reasonable and she does take her time. Also , her salon is comfy , beautiful and unique. I will Definitely keep going there to get my wash. Update : I’ve relocated to another state last summer and I sure do miss her !! It’s been a hassle trying to find someone unique as her ! 😍

Libby is seriously the best! I can’t express enough that I just received THE BEST HAIRCUT OF MY ENTIRE LIFE!!! Libby is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and outgoing. She gives you the tips and tricks to make your hair look incredible even after you leave the salon. She makes you feel welcome and at home. I’ve been going to her for YEARS and I will NEVER trust anyone else with my hair! She makes side bangs look good on anyone! The salon is always clean and organized. She is precise and gets you in and out. She’s ALWAYS on time for her appointments. I texted her last minute for my appointment and she was able to fit me in THE NEXT DAY! And she’s cheaper than most other salons! How great is that?! Thank you so so much Libby for giving me the most BEAUTIFUL haircut today!! ☺️☺️

Libby was amazing!! Upon walking in, I felt like I had been there before. The color and cut was 100% what I wanted. I asked her not to take off my length but clean up my dead ends and she did it flawlessly. This is something I have never been able to find. Not to mention that the pricing was way below what other salons quoted me. Libby, I will most definitely be your regular if you’ll have me! ☺️

My first visit to this salon. Very personable. I got a haircut and shampoo . My hair was.long and now shoulder length The cut came out a bit stylish and close to what I requested. I'm from out of town. I made an appt. They take walk ins but yet I had to waite. I got there early. It's a clean well manicured establishment. I'd recommend going here if on vacation and not familiar with area. Covid friendly.

I made an appointment in hopes of fixing my roots and going back to my original color. Libby was amazing at helping me find the right color to match my roots so growing my hair out wouldn't be a pain but also showed me the fun side of natural hair color. She made my hair incredibly soft and I got so many compliments. I will definitely be going back here again whenever I get tired of having my natural color hair again.

Was there Monday at opening. Window sign clearly states walk ins welcome. Woman tries to give Me an appointment for 215pm because that is all she has avail for a walk-in. Never asks what I am even there for!! Not friendly at all! Obviously walk ins ARE NOT welcome!

DO NOT go here to get your hair styled!! Hair looked completely unfinished. Went back and apologized but that I just did not like the look and it looked completely unfinished. She got super defensive saying I must have done something to it and that she would only curl a couple pieces bc she doesn’t have time. Mind you I left the wedding venue to go back to attempt to get my hair fixed. Even the part I didn’t like before I left she got defensive about and hardly corrected what I was asking for. Maybe her specialty is cutting or coloring but save your $100 and go somewhere else for a style.
