I often come this small and warm massage shop, which is very clean and tidy, and the staff is very warm and patient. Every time I go to the massage therapist jolin, she is very careful to help me relieve the discomfort of my body, especially my shoulders. After every massage, I feel that I have a whole body.

I was walking around and thinking of getting a massage, I called and asked to stop by, and I wanted to see how clean the place is and if it is warm inside, which is was! I have high requirements/expectations :) And I liked the place, I got a 90-minute full body massage for $75 and a 30-minute foot massage for $25 as well. Plus, I left 20% for tips. Which was in my budget. My body is so grateful and relaxed right now. Thanks a lot, ladies ! Massage was good. Usually, for the first time, technicians don't go too far and do pretty gently. They are not psychic or telepathic and can not read my thoughts. We need to use the words and tell them what we need. If I'm not satisfied, I will tell about it and ask for exactly what I want. If it's too hot, I would ask to turn off the AC (heater), If I'm thirsty, I would ask for the water, If I need to use a bathroom during the 90-minute massage, I would, If the massage hurts, I will ask to change the technique. So, I will get what I want and what I came for. We are adults, and communication is key. I liked the eye masks they gave me, to make my eyes warm, it helps to relax eye muscles. I liked the music, almost fell asleep. What I didn't like was that there are no separate rooms. it's a long room divided by textile curtains. The other customer didn't mute her device, and it was ringing and annoying. Also, when she finished her session, she got dressed and put on her so much perfume, and it was too strong and was not a pleasure. It's a public place, and we need to respect other people. Please, learn how to behave. It's a busy area and it's a hustle to find parking. Get Uber )

High quality experience for old school prices! The staff is fabulous- professional and highly trained. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. The spa itself is VERY CLEAN and beautiful. The beds are actually heated which is incredible during the summer. I love this spot and hope it stays forever!

Hi everyone this is my first time in 35 years having massages in different places. I have been here before when the manager wasn’t so good. They charge the management and I try one more time and I was absolutely amazed with the treatment and hospitality the game me. The massage also was very good both girls were amazing. I say that because I try both of them the last two weeks that’s why I put the review. It’s my first time I out review in my life and that’s because I am very happy the way the treated me like their own family. I have so many things to say but I will stop here. Try for your selfs and you will see. Don’t delay to receive the best treatment out there.

I took my sister here for her birthday. We had an hour long massage and it was amazing! The price was incredible plus they gave us a birthday discount + a balloon and cake! Will definitely be back! Thank you bamboo spa!

After weeks of shoulder pain from sitting in front of my computer, I decided to visit this spa for some full body massage especially for my shoulders. My massage Amy therapist was incredibly sweet and friendly! She noticed my shoulder stiffness before I even told her to please pay extra attention to it. She was super attentive, carefully targeting the tense muscles in my shoulders. She definitely took out the knots and tension. By the end of the session, I definitely feel more range in my shoulder. With the full body massage, I felt super relaxed. They mentioned they also have feet massage so I opted for that too! Foot massage was amazing. Good amount of pressure to relieve all the walking I did in New York. Highly recommend this place. Amazing prices and service! Heading straight to this place next time I come to NY!

It was a very clean and tidy environment. I was greeted by a girl named Amy. She was a girl who was very enthusiastic and serious at work. She answered every question I had and did 70 minutes of beauty treatments for me. I look forward to going back and seeing her for me next time

The worst experience!! First, I walk in and the lady needed to use a translate app to ask if I had an appointment and why I was there. Finally someone else came out and got me all set up. During my massage the lady climbed on top of me using her knees to massage me. I told her that it hurt the way her knees were placed on my back and she just laughed. I realized it was the same woman from when I first entered who didn’t speak English. I had to practically beg to get her off of me. I asked to speak to someone to tell her that I wanted the massage just a little lighter. She once again used the translate app AND THEN called someone for me to speak to on the phone MID MASSAGE. I couldn’t believe I couldn’t communicate with the person giving me a massage. During prior massages I’ve been asked about strength and my comfort, nope not this time. Then, when I complained, before exiting the business I was laughed at, then yelled at for trying to leave without tipping. Before this was Bamboo spa I had been coming to Forme Spa for years and NEVER had an issue. I will never return I wish I could give 0 stars.

I received a neck and shoulder massage here last month and it was very effective in getting the knots and tension out of my upper back. The staff is very friendly and the massage therapist Cici was excellent, applied the right amount of pressure. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a great and relaxing massage!

I treated myself to a massage here because I really needed it. Cici did an excellent job massaging me. She does a great job at getting the knots out. It was tense, but I hanged in there and breathed. I was relaxed during the massage and by the end, I was ready for a nap. I need to come back for another session because it’s not a one time treatment. The lady at the front desk explained to me that I will feel sore and I appreciated her feedback. Staff is very friendly & professional & respectful. Definitely support this business and check it out!!

My fav place was closed, so me and my friend tried Bamboo Spa. They were so rough, even if we asked for a soft/medium pressure. They were talking the whole time between them, so loud. Cherry on top, both me and my friend woke up with bruises the next morning. NOT recommended at all.

I came here for a Valentine's Day couples massage and wow 10/10! They allowed my bf to set up my gifts earlier in the day and the presentation was lovely! We had complimentary red wine and chocolates. This was my first massage ever and I will definitely be returning. GREAT staff!!!

Wonder Spa experience. Expecially from someone who is not used to being pampered! Beautiful and clean. Everyone is so friendly and nice. Great prices as well. Definitely coming back!
