Incredible. My neck and shoulders were a wreck when I walked in, and I left a new man. I totally trusted and skill of the masseuse (Wendy) and was able to sink in and really receive the therapeutic massage. Can’t recommend enough.

A friend recommed the Bamboo Spa as and excellent place for a good and affordable deep tissue massage. I was very impressed! The location was convenient, clean, nicely furnished, but the high points are the staff! The desk clerk was friendly, helpful in explaining the options on type and duration of massage. I can highly recommend both Cici and Wendy! These women are amazing therapists! Both are excellent at deep tissue massage. I'd been biking in the morning and strained my back and calves! After my massage I felt 1000% better! Kudos to The Bambo Spa. Included in my last visit was a complimentary hot stone treatment and the heat and pressure was delightful! Prices are very affordable! Please don't forget to tip! These ladies work very hard and are worth every penny!!

I came a few times when I was in SD for work trips. The two girls who worked there did an amazing job on my back and feet. They even did back walking as well. They are young but they have great techniques when they worked on my back and feet. The spa is very clean and comfortable, the staff is very friendly. There are plenty of parking spaces in the parking lot.

I’ve had many messages but this was possibly my best massage ever. They do not speak English well, but I don’t talk during a massage. I plan to return.

Amazing massage therapists work here! I came here 2X during my work trip and absolutely loved the customer service and massage style provided at this location. I usually prefer female masseuses but was given therapy by Tom, who was extremely respectful and skilled! I felt safe, relaxed and comfortable under their care. Would highly recommend the massages given here!

I will never recommend this place to anyone. My husband and I called in to set an appointment for a 90 minute massage. The lady told me that the price was 180, however if I paid cash she would drop the price to 150. Upon arrival they had us pay first, which I've never done before but okay. Once we're in the room they didn't even close the door. We heard the lady at the front desk receive phone calls and talking on the phone on speaker. At one point we even heard her gagging really loud. It maybe sounded like she was trying to spit something out, I don't know but it was not fun to listen to while trying to relax. At some point the music even stopped playing. The oil was cold and the lady who was massaging me was massaging so fast. It wasn't very relaxing. It was more like a rub down. No pressure points or working knots. At one point she just started scratching my feet. Really weird. Once the massage was over, my husband and I said thank you. We didn't intend on tipping because of how bad the service was. We believe tips are earned not obligated. When we said thank you and tried walking out the lady who massaged me asked how we were paying. We said we already paid at the beginning. She then said, "for the tip, you need to tip." Then she pointed at a sign that said pretty pretty please tip. We felt pressured so handed her a 20. She looked at it and said, "that's it? That's not enough." Then pointed at the sign again. My husband is too nice and just handed her another 20 expecting to get change and she didn't give back change. Just rolled her eyes. At that point we just left. But this place was the worst massage place I've ever gone to. Left a bad taste in my mouth.

Quality is so good. I love extra hard-deep tissue. I am quick to communicate the pressure I desire. Finally a place that provides. Every time I’ve been impressed. Great price. Simple, very clean. Overall I look for quality of the massage itself. Hot stones are included. The therapist is knowledgeable about feeling out those knots. Perfect for athletes. I wish I could go here every day. Availability is excellent for appointments. Parking is easy. The people are kind, friendly.

Certainly the best value for a wonderful massage. Easy parking, availability and an amazing session. Not on the same level of more exclusive "spa" spaces, but for me what matters is the table experience. Massages are a treat to myself and I thank myself every time I visit. Yay me.

Very disappointed in the massage I received today. Paid 90$ for a massage and got a basic rub down (gliding hands over my body) no pressure was applied. Do not pay extra for hot stone! They went up and down my back twice which was waste of money. I told them about my experience after and they shrugged me off and walked away. Beware as they do ask for tips and get very aggressive if you don't.

The ladies were amazing. They accommodated us last minute and were extremely attentive. I have a lot of chronic pain that I never mentioned to her but she was able to figure it out right away and did an amazing job. I feel brand new! Thank you. I'll definitely come back again.

We had a great experience at Bamboo Spa ☺️ My husband and I scheduled an appointment last minute for a couple’s massage and for our surprise they were very flexible, they took us right in. Starting with a very reasonable and fair price for the quality of their service. ☺️Warm welcoming, and professional staff assisted us. They made us feel very comfortable, they created a calm atmosphere for us, the quality of their massage was AMAZING - you can tell they know what they are doing. Husband and I love the massage. For sure, exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for an amazing massage experience, they are it! I promise you won’t regret it!😉 100% recommend it!

We were gifted a Groupon for a couples massage with hot stone treatment. The whole experience exceeded our expectations. Booking an appointment was easy and reception was very professional. The ambiance was so calming. The massage portion was relaxing and we felt comfortable. Very satisfied with the experience.

Bamboo spa is great place for a quality massage at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Linda, she is great at working any problem areas that you request. The hot rock massage is not to be missed. The place is very clean, easy to get to with plenty of parking .Times appear easy to get. I have been to plenty of massage facilities and for the price Bamboo Spa is right up there with the best. I have referred a couple of friends and they echo my endorsement.

CHASED OUT FOR BIGGER TIPS. No spa music. No relaxing vibe. Terrible customer service. Offered me tap water in a dental cup after my massage after I said I’m still sore in the spot I wanted her to work on and they asked me for a bigger tip because apparently the house will take a percentage from the masseuse. Rudely trying to hustle me after I already paid for a “relaxing” massage AND a tip THEN get harassed otw out for MORE tips. REALLY?!? Who does that ?!? Won’t be back!!

Found this place through Groupon. We got the 50 minute couple's massage with hot stones. Great experience. The gentlemen that worked on us were great. Very respectful and boy did they know what they were doing. I felt great and my partner was completely blown away by the experience. Will be returning. (Tip: This business matches their Groupon prices. They said sometimes direct payment is even cheaper. I will be purchasing through them going forward, to better support them. Besides, I couldn't find anything that beat their prices.) Oh, only thing I wished for was some relaxing background audio.

Great experience, went in for a couples massage and enjoyed all of it. It started with a warm towel, then oil, and hot stones followed!! After that, then the flip over finished up with the arms and legs and full body complete! Great atmosphere nice, quiet and clean! Will definitely come back again!

I did a walk-in, the manager girl started to give me a massage She was not strong enough so I asked if there was a male She said yes She gave me the male who's definitely never been to school didn't know what he was doing, He started taking his fist and punching on my arms and hands and I asked him what the heck are you doing, He truly had no knowledge, these places these facilities get away with basically zero training zero legitimate training, They just pop open, nobody really knows how to massage but they just attempt it

Please dont waste your time and money here! 1. Massage is not really a massage, its more of a back rub 2. During our massage the door was left open for the whole session, was super uncomfortable. 3. Their 50 min massage is actually 40 mins.
