I had a great experience at this salon, it was my first time. I did service with beautiful ladies Hiba I did haircut and hair coloring was wonderful women she’s the best ❤️❤️❤️A great job and she was very professional/ gentle!! Totally recommend 🥰🥰!!I really appreciate her job perfect 10/10 👏👏👏👏thank you so much for your service

They don’t respect the costumes they let me wait for 30 minute and after that they took another costumer (men haircut)

hiba is the absolute best !! I had my makeup and updo for my friends wedding and couldn’t be more prettier ! The makeup stayed the whole night and I got compliments from everyone I never had anything as professionally done as this Thank you so much hiba , I will be definitely coming back on every event ! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

My mother was smiling from ear to ear. After many failed salon giving her poor haircut.. THIS IS THE PLACE TO GET A HAIRCUT! She said her stylist had a soft touch. No scratching her scalp while washing and no pulling while brushing and cutting and styling. Absolutely recommend. HIBA was her stylist. Eda is amazing at threading and waxing. I finally found a place close to home that does great work. She did threading on my brows and waxed my upper lip both no pain and it’s been a few years since I got either done. It was also my mother’s first time in a few years .. she hated waxing which was her first time but EDA threaded her and it was amazing I do believe our stylist might have changed my moms mind and might make this a regular thing! No rushing and no pain.!!! Thank you Eda!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Bana Salon & Spa! I love going to Bana for my hair! She is an expert at Balayage and works her magic every time I visit. By far, the best salon I have been too :) 10/10 would recommend!

My daughters and I have been long time customers at Bana Salon. We are always greeted with a warm, friendly welcome. The services provided are done well and at a reasonable cost. We would not consider going anywhere else.

Overall rating: 3.5/5 I go here because it’s affordable. They give me quality cuts for cheap. I have gotten my eye brows here before, it was a bit the first time. The last time I got mine done, they missed a lot of hairs. Went back to my car and had to remove the rest at home with tweezers. I would raise this rating to 4 stars. However, their banter is a miss sometimes. They do ask questions but felt unheard. The recent time I went they were busy and I felt like I was talking to a brick wall. Again, there’s a reason why I’m hesitant going here since I don’t like their banter and feel unheard. If you want a quality cut sure. But if you want a quality experience, maybe go else where

So I would like to start by saying I felt very uncomfortable entering this salon I walked in no one greeted me just very uncomfortable stares and frowns. I asked if they accept walk-ins for a no chip pedicure and manicure and was told yes by the two ladies standing at the front desk. they called over some lady and she asked what did I need I told her the same and she said they couldn’t do it because they was extremely busy when I only saw one lady in the back getting a pedicure and it’s only 10am I felt truly racially profiled. I thought this would be a great salon to go seeing it close to my job.

The staff is here very professional and welcoming. They communicate very well and offer warm service. If you need good service by lovely locals, don't hesitate to give this place a chance.

When I called to ask if they take walk-ins Lady never told me that they don't except credit card and after they did my hair she tells me ! Then she's like trying to make me look wrong Infront of her clients ! Bottom line it was her fault and the way she hadel it was so wrong and I told her I had half of the money I'll go home get rest she's like asking me for my license if my telephone when I told her I live closed by I would bring the money but sins it was my first time and it was her fault not telling me about only cash no credit she should of apologize to me accept my $120.00 and calle it the day but sins she made a sink on it. She charged me $220. And on top of that the girl that did my eye braw. Did not do her job i still have hair ! I will never return I I will let my neighbor s and coworkers to don't go there !

Edit: Just want to add that I had my hair colored at Bana this weekend and they did a superlative job! I'm so happy with the end result (the way they did the bangs is rad, I love it!). Great experience! Confident and skilled stylist who made my wrangly hair look really nice, for a very reasonable price. I'll definitely book with this salon in the future.
