I have been getting my hair done with Stephanie for 12 years ( at least)!!! Now, both of my daughters go to her as well! Stephanie is very personable, friendly, professional, and attentive. She always listens to our directions and requests for how we want our hair. She pays attention to detail and always makes my hair and my daughters' hair look fabulous. She is super patient with my 7 year old who knows EXACTLY how she wants her hair done and wants it done as quickly as possible! She has a flexible schedule, is always great at getting us in last minute, and she always responds quickly via text, which I love! We are so proud of her for opening BANG! It is a lovely boutique salon under excellent management! Keep up the good work Stephanie!

Stephanie has been doing an amazing job on my hair for almost 10 years now. Every crazy idea, from "I want my hair to match this shirt." to "I want to donate my ponytail again!" She's made it happen and made me look fabulous.

Stephanie has cut my hair for years now and I love it every time! We've dyed it a wide variety of colors, done bleach, done highlights, and changed styles wildly and she's handled it all really well. I have hair that curls in some places and is straight in others, and she knows how to manage that so I can wear it both curly and straight and still have it look good. I plan to keep coming back indefinitely!

I came on here to write an amazing review about Bang and the owner Megan and the experience I had with her when I noticed this review from a client who happened to be there when I was there. I feel like anyone who knows Megan Or has gone to her knows how professional and amazing she is at her job. So instead I will tell you that I sat there next to this other client who was rude and wanting a free service from the start. I was there when she showed Megan a picture and megan gave her exactly what she asked for. At the end of the service that client changed her mind and wanting something she had never asked for. Now listening to how calm collected and amazing she handled this client who was causing a scene even though her hair looked stunning. Even though Megan did as she was asked she then offered to change it to what this client had now decided she wanted and offered it at no charge. I will be a lifelong client because my hair always looks amazing and I was so impressed by how she handled herself. I highly recommend her and this beautiful salon!

This was by far the worst experience ever. I asked Megan to do the ombré style on my hair and needless to say she underperformed. She is by far the most unprofessional salon owner I have ever felt with. Instead to correcting my hair she made ever excuse why she isn’t at fault. She told me to find a new stylist, wouldn’t give me money back and left me with hair I absolutely hated. Save your money and time she is the WORST

Beware. I was a client of Meghan for more than 6 years. I have been sick for a long time and my hair, which had mostly fallen out, was growing back in and the bits left over from before had some length on them. Meghan did my color and overlapped the bleach in my highlights so much that my hair ended up 2 inches long only all across the top and bangs. This was a clear hair disaster after all I had been through with my hair falling out. I texted Meghan, politely of course, and said I was disappointed. Instead of just apologizing regarding the negative feedback - the only time I had given her negative feedback in more than 6 years - and she texted me right back that I should go and find another hairdresser. I was really shocked, what a prima donna, how unprofessional. Watch out, there is no accountability there.

Elizabeth is amazingly skilled as she dealt with my crazy tangled head of hair of every single possible color... beautifully... friends and neighbors alike marveled at her subtlety and precision... and she is a delightful conversationalist as well. Absolutely recommend.
