If you don’t know the staff, your experience can vary a lot. It’s not a consistent quality for massages. I’ve been there a few times. Tony is a great massagist, he listens well to your request. Mona was not a great listener to me, i was extremely sore from my first week of intense workout training and needed a slow and intentional massage, light pressure. But i got the opposite of that. I repeated myself several times and asked to keep away from certain areas but I wasn’t heard. The massagist hands moved so fast and out of control that i wonder if she knew what muscle she was touching - i usually get Ashiatsu massages and I’m used to the pressure and deep tissue massages but it’s all worked on smoothly and slowly… this one felt intense in a painful way. Metered street parking and i believe there are some spots in the back too. Price is reasonable. Choose wisely and enjoy!

DO NOT GO HERE. The lady at the front desk will usually have you pay before your treatment, which didn’t bother me, until later when she had me fill out the tip post-massage and then BERATED me for leaving a 15% tip and not the suggested THIRTY ONE PERCENT. She then proceeded to wait a few days before charging my card a 20% tip instead. Do not go here unless you’re looking to get pressured into spending more money than you intended and definitely more than you put down on your receipt WHICH IS ILLEGAL BY THE WAY. Also - before they gaslight you into thinking a 15-20% tip is not standard, see the photo I’ve attached. I’ve been to massage spas and resorts rating from 4 to 7 stars across the world. I have never been pressured nor asked to tip more than 20% and DEFINITELY never had my tip amount changed after the receipt was already signed and tip included.

I booked an hour long deep tissue session and specially asked for high pressure. First of all the lady finished the massage about 10 minutes early and the massage felt like Swedish. I left the place didn’t feeling much change or even relaxed afterwards. When I told the front desk they said “ oh sorry yea looks like she finished a bit early”! And “ next time you can ask for more pressure “. I will not come back next time! I did mention the pressure to the therapist. You can’t run a business with a “sorry there was a misunderstanding “.

Sunny the person at the front desk was rude today on Monday. She wanted to demand a certain amount on the tip after the massage. There is a sign in front about tiping being optional. I read it aloud to her. She became angry and started throwing things around her desk and acted very abrupt and rude. She acted like she was gonna smash something . This being very uncalled for and rude of her.

I have been going here a while and always recommend this place to my friends and family. I take my husband and mother in law all the time. We even talked about going monthly but that all changed today. My mother in law and I went to get a massage this morning and Emily (my massage therapist) had the nerve to claim a larger tip. I tipped her 20%. She came out asking me why that amount and that it wasn’t good enough. How unethical is that? It’s time I find a new place.

I got a massage last Tuesday by Bella. I came in after a long day of traveling the day before. I had been to this place previously and never had any issues. I came in thinking this day would be no different. Bella started off my deep tissue massage great using just the right amount of pressure and certainly not being inappropriate. This was up until it was time for me to flip around. I had no reason to have my guard up as the majority of the massage had been very professional. My body was fully relaxed as she began massaging my upper chest which is standard. Minutes in, I began to feel uncomfortable and this is when I realized her hands were underneath the sheets massaging my upper breast. I was completely shocked by this and did not know how to react and began to question if this was normal let alone okay. I certainly had never had this happen to me before. I contacted the owner to let him know and he told me Bella is an older woman and apologized and guaranteed that her intentions were not sexual. That she simply made a mistake. He said this was definitely not sexual misconduct as she is a woman and I am a woman. Well after reading more about this online, in the state of CA it is illegal to massage breast without written and verbal consent. Regardless of this woman's intent, it does not take away from the discomfort and violation that one feels. Please know that it is not normal for someone to massage your breast area. You should not have to ask your massage therapist not to massage your breasts this should be a given, given that it is illegal!!

I signed up for a deep tissue massage since it was a great location near my house. When going to other places, I usually request "firm" and then tell the masseuse to apply more pressure. At Bangkok Spa Massage, that was definitely NOT the case. Homegirl went full-send on me. Highly recommended.

I would give it a better review but when I wanted to tip, they pointed me to the tip menu. It is not suggested, they literally make you tip as much as what is on their tipping menu. I find that weird and unethical. The massage was ok. Everyone was friendly but they make you tip over 20% or they ask you why or just tell you to tip that much. Probably won't go back.

One of the best Thai salons in Studio City. My husband and I really enjoyed it. The staff is friendly. The massage therapists do everything right. Nice good atmosphere. I especially liked the hot stone massage. No complaints. Only positive emotions. We will definitely come back again!

Tonight was our second time getting our massages here and I can’t find words to describe these ladies , they were so kind to take us late time and were so kind .Bella did mine and Mona did my husband’s massage , both very professional and amazing . Where do I start? I went to this place about five years ago and when I tell you, my experience was amazing. The customer service was beautiful. The body massage was so relaxing. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a great massage and a great relaxing atmosphere please go visit them. I will be back in town visiting in less than a week and this is the place that I want to go get a massage. This is the type of business we wanna support Bangkok spa massage great job

Wow, just wow! This place really blew my mind. I am a massage connoisseur and I’m very picky. My muscles are so tight and I need extra deep tissue. I called for a same day appointment and spoke to the owner! He assured me they had people for deep tissue. I always take this with a grain of salt because every place says it and then you go and you pay for them to rub lotion on you and walk out upset. BUT he was not lying! Patty was the girl I got and she rocked my world! She kept asking if the pressure was ok in the beginning (probably because she thought she was hurting me lol) but I was loving it! I was so thankful by the end I actually gave her a hug. I’m really grateful I found this place and wish that I lived in Los Angeles. I will definitely be back next time I’m in town.
