I love my nails!! Sam’s attention to detail is unmatched!! He was able to look at the photo I showed him and knew exactly how to replicate the look. Also, Dan did an amazing pedicure!! Ask for Sam or Dan, you won’t be sorry!

They are charging fees when using a debit card, even though it is against the law to do so. Update: The fee I was charged wasn‘t a one time issue. I was charged before, as were many of my friends. I sent Dana Phen (owner) an email to discuss, but haven’t had a reply.

No tienen higiene a la hora de colocarte las pestañas, la chica no se dedica únicamente a colocarte tus pestañas , sale a hacer otra cosa , uñas , contestar teléfono, todo menos dedicada, te ponen una clase de pegamento que tiene un olor horrible , te lastima , no usa guantes , poco recomendable.

Got my eyelash extensions done and it was the best I have had ever ! It was painless, very clean and Dana did an excellent job ! It is an amazing place ! Highly recommend it and I get my hair colored there as well which is fantastic !!

I absolutely love it! It’s soooo beautiful inside. Dana does my thick long hair faster and better than any hairdresser I’ve ever had and is soooo sweet! My teen daughters love coming here to feel pampered. The price is perfect. Hope more people will come support them!!!

I just came home with a fresh mani-pedi from Bank of Beauty. I got a regular pedicure and a gel manicure. They do an outstanding job, and they couldn’t be more pleasant. I’m very satisfied!

I love BoB. The technicians are so sweet and kind, the ambiance is posh and relaxing and they allow for tips on your credit card. I do recommend to the management a policy on cell phone calls and training to all employees. Tonight there was a client who wis there when I was there, and she was talking on her phone quite loudly. The technicians didn’t know what to do and they seemed uncomfortable but they said they didn’t feel comfortable saying anything because the manager wasn’t there. This is the only time this has happened after many visits to BoB, so not worth loosing a star. I highly recommend!

I scheduled my appointment at 3pm for a acrylic set and a pedicure for my birthday. The pedicure portion of the service was fine. However when it came to the acyclic service, they sat me down at one of the nails booths and I waited. There was another client who came in after I was already seated and waiting, and one of the nail techs began to work on her nails first even though I had been siting, and book my appointment first. After awhile I asked one of the workers if any one would be starting on my nails and she said that they were blowdrying someone else's hair and that it would be awhile. I finally decided just to pay for pedicure and leave. When I tried to explain the situation all they could say is that they didn't have the time to do my nails. As someone who is in the cosmetology industry I am very disappointed.

What a gem! Private parking so you always find a space, easy to make an appt for a mani or pedi, everything is new and clean and if you need a nail tech recommendation ask for Kay. My new nail spot!!! I'm over the crowd and factory places like Perfect 10 or Blossom. It's so crowded and this is such a breath of fresh air in here. There is Netflix on (no audio) but they play smooth pop so I'm good.
