Jen did my facial. I have very sensitive skin and have had some bad experiences in the past so I was nervous and shared my worries with her. She was very understanding and checked in on me throughout the experience. She knew exactly what my skin needed and explained the whole process as she was placed each product. I left feeling refreshed and replenished.

I had a great deep tissue massage with Sulema today. I have issues with my upper back and neck, and the massage helped with managing my pain and giving me mobility. I'll be back as always! I highly recommend Banyan and Bamboo and have been here for lash extensions, facials and other types of massages. Everyone here is great and provide exceptional service.

I loved going when they were Austin Urban Retreat. I felt like the facials and massages were such a well priced luxury to treat myself to. Since they've rebranded and started adding med spa services, I just fell like the quality has decreased while the cost has increased. It was nice having a non med spa nearby

Overall this was not a great experience. I am giving them two stars because the front desk person was friendly and welcoming But the service the Esthetician provided was largely my night face routine and the Esthetician telling me retinol cures everything and I should get their top facial twice a week and use their products. Not what I expect from a professional facial

Ann did amazing on my filler & Botox!! (Daxxify) she is always so friendly, and I always see amazing results. I’ve never looked better! I got 3 compliments today alone. Made reoccurring appointments for the next year to keep up with everything!

Jackson was my masseuse and let me tell ya…he is top notch. I’ve never had someone go so above and beyond with massage. Massage intros often feel rushed and impersonal, but Jackson really took the time to listen to my concerns and create a customized massage. His touch is very intuitive and healing. His presence feels very safe, which is SO important to me as a woman.

I don’t even have the words to tell you how much I love this place! I want to give a few shoutouts to people who have made my life better! Ann - She specializes in injectables and has helped me feel confident and comfortable with my body! We worked on some scarring and wrinkling on my face that have made me feel very down for a while. We chatted a few times and made a plan to use daxxify (similar to Botox) for my upper face and injectables for my lips, cheeks and chin. I look brighter, more awake, younger and feel like a legit queen! Michelle - She shaped my eyebrows and tinted both my eyebrows and eyelashes. I no longer have to spend extra time doing my makeup as I usually go with a more natural look. She did perfect with the color and shaping!! Jackson - Is definitely now my go to massage therapist! I have had many massages and he made me feel so relaxed! I highly recommend the team here at Banyan & Bamboo!

I love this place. I'm so happy I found it. The products are top notch. Eminence is an amazing high quality brand. Jennifer and Michele are such skilled estheticians. Gentle but firm, knowledgeable and attentive. The prices are unbeatable for the quality. It's quiet, relaxing and clean. I primarily get facials but my recent deep tissue massage was great and really hit the spot for my sore muscles.

I went here, at a friend's recommendation, for a massage with Sulema on my birthday and I'm soooo glad I did! I had only had one massage previously, so I didn't have much to go off of, but Sulema made sure I was comfortable, I got the exact pressure I needed, and took care of the areas I needed focus on / avoided the rest. I mentioned it was my birthday so they treated me with some CBD lotion :-) The facility is sooo clean and smells great. There's a lounge when you get there with a comfy couch, coffee, tea, and water. Lisa at the front desk was SO sweet and will go to any length to make you comfortable and happy with your experience. 10/10 all around, and funnily enough, I came back 3 days later for another massage because it opened me up so much. Thanks again Sulema!!!

Excellent spa. I have been here a couple of years ago and again this week and the service was great. The receptionist is very kind and helpful. I had the radiant glow facial with Dee and she was extremely knowledgeable and skilled. They carry a Texas made cosmetics line that is very affordable and I am very happy with the eye serum that I purchased. Highly recommend the spa.

Horrible experience would rate this place and the manager 0 stars if it would let me. what kind of a manager calls and text from their own personal number threatening a minor because they had to cancel because they misunderstood the website. And than go back on thier website and change the price .
