I had an absolutely amazing experience at Bao Sheng foot Spa. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making me feel relaxed immediately. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that I was comfortable throughout my visit. My massage therapist was incredibly skilled, paying attention to all the areas I mentioned and using the perfect amount of pressure. Wonderful experience! I had deep tissue massage today earlier and it was the best massage I ever had before. The therapist were professional and the environment is awesome. I really enjoyed the whole session even the head and hand massage. I’ll definitely come back

Came here on a Saturday with my girl for a massage. Our masseuse was very good and provide just the right pressure. We left very relax and my back usually a bit stiff was now loose and more flexible. Still got a way to go before I could touch my toe but much improve. Our provider name was Owen and Coco. If your looking for a great massage I highly recommend this place.

Although they offer very good services at a decent price, the experience is all but ruined when you pay afterwards. My massage was $70 and I tipped $18 which is slightly above 25%. The guy who seemingly runs the placed asked "only $18 do you want to tip more"? It makes for an awkward ending to an otherwise good experience. I declined to pay anymore took my receipt and left. I've had a similar experience before as well as my daughter who will not return because of it. I honestly thought this time a 25% tip would be without question. Anyway suffice it to say I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Had a great experience visiting Sonny and his staff at this foot spa. The space is clean, staff was friendly and I was able to get a same day appointment for two. I’ve been to foot spas many times so I know generally what to expect, but adding a few notes here for those that are new to this type of experience. It’s $40/hr for the standard experience - come on - that’s 1/3 of the cost of a traditional massage. As part of the expected experience, be prepared to tip big (30-50%) and with cash if you can. Just factor that in as you are considering booking vs being surprised when 20% appears to be low. You’ll have your clothes on and it’s a little noisy from other things going on (you’re in a strip mall, the business can’t control car horns or alarms) but it’s still very relaxing if you set your expectations correctly. Tell them you want more or less pressure - they are happy to accommodate, you just need to communicate harder or softer. They are professional but also direct, it’s not rude. Please be kind and patient as this is a lovely service if you go in with an open mind.

I realize that during Covid we all were over tipping. 2 family members each had a massage. When I only tipped 12.5%. I was called cheap. The guy (owner??) Demanded 25% a few times and then even called me cheap. Maybe I am??? If the guy expects 25%, put that in the price and have a no tip policy. (Like most of the world). I walked out upset and went back in and gave him his 25% (after his 12.5%). The last tip he will get from me. My wife has always given into him. I just found this out. He lost customers today. Like others we pay cash to help them out.

Really like this facility. Sonny the owner is always very accommodating to scheduling and is frequently able to squeeze in last minute requests (particularly when you are flexible with time on your end also). Each of the massage therapists appear to be trained in the same style, and several really know their business (focusing on specific muscle groups/areas when you tell them what is hurt). I also like that they are open late so I can go after work if needed)

I’ve been to several unprofessional massage places but this one takes the cake. I called on a Thursday to schedule a 1pm 60mins body massage appointment for Sunday for my mother in law. Arriving there at 12:57pm Sunday at first the door was locked so we looped around thinking maybe because of covid they were only taking one client at a time & finishing up. Got back at 1:03pm & the massage guy was on a phone call with a guy named David talking about ‘a customer is here come at 2pm’. I’m like 2pm!? It’s 1:05pm shouldn’t you say 230pm. 1st red flag. He took my mother in law to the back while I sat outside. About 15mins went by then another woman stepped out with the same guy. I walked in to the room my mother in law was in & she said the guy have kept her waiting the whole time. For over 15minutes this guy with no mask on has been taking care of other customers the whole time my mother in law was just laying there! Waiting! This is by far the worst massage place I’ve ever been to & I’ve been to many. I will not recommend this place at all. Also let me mention that the guy dictated the tip he wanted from the beginning. Another red flag. Very unprofessional, no masks, keeps you waiting, tells you how much tip he wants, too many customers at once. This place is a NO GO. Next

I’ve supported this local business for a number of years. I really enjoy the fact that I am treated very kindly by, Sonny (the owner) and Ana (the masseuse I always choose). It is true that English is not their first language and sometimes conversations gets lost in translation. I just keep in mind that their English is much better than my Mandarin. Ana is an extremely skilled and experienced therapist. With her, I always get my money’s worth and more. I always tip generously because unlike a good waiter who may spend 10 minutes serving me during an hour long meal, a masseuse is performing a very physical job for almost an entire hour.

Oh my!!!! Went there just cuz I needed a massage, Sunny was free and he gave one of the best massages ever.... clean place, convenient parking and he is amazing! Can’t wait to go back!!

Have used Bao several times for 90 min full body massage. Both the Male and female masseuses are great and at $60 the price is perfect. Was a little put off when I was asked if I wanted to tip more than the 20% I was tipping! I even paid in cash so they did not incur credit card service fees.

The services offered here are amazing! A "foot massage" begins at the scalp, and finishes at the toes. It's an hour long for just $25! The ambiance is really comfortable and zen. You'll make this a regular experience, for sure. My whole family loves this place.

The Massage chairs are in an open line yet the style of draping keeps your own experience very private. I had a 1 hour massage by Sunny who was very focused, fluid and knowledgeable. The tranquil music and aroma therapy draw you right into the relaxed state of mind to let go while they untie the knots. Simply perfect! Call ahead to reserve your time with a friend.
