I went in to get a hair service, and I was surprised to see so many different services available as well. My mom and I also bought jewelry which is super cute, all the jewelry is handmade, trendy and good quality which is very hard to find at a good price. I will be coming back for any beauty services and to shop!

Barakah Beauty Collective has been such a wonderful, genuine, intentional, and safe space for me and other sisters. I first found BBC through the closet where Michaela generously helped me pick some outfits. All the Halaqas, social events, and businesses have brought me so much joy and beautiful company. I have felt so much care and intention throughout my whole shopping experience. The staff is so friendly and loving, and the clothes were beautifully unique & fabrics so plush! It was easy to find exactly what I was looking for from hijabs to kaftan to abayas. Many blessings to Barakah Beauty Collective and the community closet. I needed some new clothes and they were of great help. I'm greatly grateful for of the help I've gotten as all of the clothes and hijabs are very fashionable and fit. They are a great help if you are a low income hijabi.

My daughters and I recently had the pleasure of visiting BBK, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The boutique offered a stunning selection of stylish, high-quality hijabs and other beautiful options. My daughter had her makeup done by Noura at the salon, and the results were breathtaking—she looked amazing! The entire team was incredibly kind and welcoming, creating such a warm atmosphere. We also had the honor of meeting Michaela, whose dedication to bringing women from diverse communities together at BBK was truly inspiring. We were excited to learn about the various programs BBK offers for women throughout the year, including halaqas and community gatherings. We can’t wait to visit again soon, InshaAllah! I only wish we lived closer so we could come by more often.

Took a Persian watercolor art class here and it was a fantastic experience. We got a short talk on Islamic art and its beauty and then got to roll up our sleeves and make it! All materials were provided!

Barakah Beauty and Michaela are so amazing. I was in need in modest clothing and hijabs, and was sent such beautiful pieces through the Barakah Community Closet. Everything was packed so carefully, I could feel the love that went into it. 😭🩷 Also Michaela Corning brand hijabs are perfect and very soft, they make me feel confident as a convert hijabi. I come here often to get my hair done (wash, cut, blow dry) with Noura, she’s very talented and the place has a very welcoming atmosphere. Everyone there is super sweet and I always leave loving my hair!

As a revert , I was going through a tough time finding resources and hijabs to start out. Even an outfit to pray in... it was a mess. But thanks to the donation from the Barakah Beauty Collective Community Closet, I was able to get prayer rugs, a prayer outfit, a lot of hijabs, and abayas to start me out on this modesty journey. In fact, I was also sent resources to help assist me during this time. Thank you all so, so much!

my new favorite shop! Michaela is awesome and really helpful. i’m new to Islam, and she’s been a life saver! she has a closet of donated hijabs and modest clothing for women in need or new to Islam. i can’t remember the other girls name that works there, but she helped me put on my first hijab and got emotional with me, just the best people!! 10/10 recommend!
