AWFUL!!! I think this is the first time Vanessa, the owner, ever did highlights. I doubt she has a license. My hair is a disaster! She also cut it all off with no style. And she is SOOO RUDE. UNPROFESSIONAL. And she changed the prices from the Groupon. This woman is a JOKE. Don't go. She ruined my har totally.

DO NOT GO HERE. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. Waited over one hour and then left because they kept taking people before me even with my appointment. The lady at the front literally said, when you come to a nail place, you wait.

I went for Keratin service and a hair cut. I was very happy with the service and was told if the Keratin didn’t take well to go back. I did since some parts were still waivy in the back. They happily corrected by applying it again. I recommend the salon and I will be back. Thank you!

They advertised on Groupon for Japanese straightening. I purchased the Groupon and called for a reservation. Vanessa Cohen (if that was her name) said they don’t sell Groupon for that service and I had to call Groupon for my money back. Groupon will not give me my money back. False advertising on their part. Very unprofessional

Victoria is amazing! Really took her time on my hair and made sure I was super happy with it. I haven’t gotten my hair done since Jan 2020, as a result of COVID. This was my first time here, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Barbarella and my hair in general. It feels healthier, has more body, and the balayage is incredible! Thank you so much! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Come here if you are looking for a wonderful experience and terrific results. Vanessa and staff are experts. Came in for a color correct and will continue to come in for years to come! Stylists make sure you get exactly what you want and take their time making you look and feel fabulous (delicious Nespresso and cookies is a plus!) Woman owned. Diverse staff. Warm, clean, upscale and friendly! Highly recommend.

I heard about this new salon on Facebook through multiple people and decided to give it a try during the week that I was on vacation in Florida. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Vanessa, the owner, and was offered coffee and cookies , how nice ! I went in for a kératine treatment for my super frizzy hair and all I have to say is wow ! It’s been a week and I am soooo happy !!!! I regret not doing it sooner !!! Thank You Barberella for an awesome job ... will definetly be coming back to this super cool , chic salon !!

The worst hair experience I ever had in Miami. Nicole is an awful stylist. Hair trim not what I asked for. Keratin treatment ridiculous. Had to leave ingredient in hair for 2 days. Done about 2 mos. ago and it is already out.Highlights too dark. She complained that my roots were too gray. Wonderful new Salon I went, the stylist gave me lighter highlights and blended in with small amounts of gray. I love it! Stay away from this place. It's the worst.

This salon is amazing!! My stylist Anny was very attentive to me and fixed my highlights and gave me the best blowout I’ve ever gotten. She even told me which products to avoid to keep my hair healthy, 100% my best salon experience by far!!

Diana is the best manicurist I've ever had over the years. I visit her every few weeks and I am always treated with the same great service since the day I have met her. If you are going to Barberella to do your nails, pick DIANA! She takes her time, always has a smile on her face, and does everything with love/perfection :)

Vanessa and all the staff were great! I came for a hair cut, keratin and style! Nicole did an amazing job! I am extremely happy and satisfied with their professionalism and how kind and caring they are! Five stars with no doubt and will recommend highly!
