I called for an appointment and was asked by Ombre to give a deposit of 50.00dlrs. This was to make sure I kept my appt and something to do with chemicals. She didn't want to buy the color? She wasn't sure how the chemicals would react? I'm sorry, I'm the customer calling for a color and cut, knowing good well what the process is for coloring my hair. I gave Ombre my card number twice. She didn't find it nessasary to write down my card number (debt card). She ran my card twice and told me it was "declined." Understand now, I'm the customer calling for color and cut, Ombre seems to have a lot of her time wasted on customers who don't add up to her approval??? I'm not sure what kind of business she gets, but this time, I'm offended!!!! My money is my time, and she doesn't want to waste her time on a paying customer??? Get out of customer service Ombre! You are wasting our time!!! BTW, I have plenty of money, my account is not insufficient. I'm the customer calling for services being told Ombre will not do my hair. I'm flabbergasted, I'm 59yrs old, I've had my hair colored for 30yrs or longer. I'll be taking my hard earned money down the road to....hmmm... Someone who knows how to do hair and doesn't require a deposit before services rendered.

I hated this experience. The assignment was to make me a BLEACH blonde and after 2 days and 2 HUNDRED $ $ $!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I walked out a wack Job with brown/reddish hair It looked Awful My hair was ruined....... It's taken many hair appointments elsewhere to fix this mess! Hayeleigh alexis SMART NEVER AGAIN! Never never never go to her . This establishment would not correct the issues . Asked me to pay more money to "fix" it. Totally Obnoxious and Horrible customer service. I tell everyone do NOT go here. It will be your worst mistake 😡
