Made reservations week out. Took time out of my schedule and found a babysitter to go on a date with my husband and they couldn’t find my reservation and wouldn’t get me in. Poor scheduling, need to fix their website.

I exclusively have been getting my pedicures done there for the last 6 years. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and they are reasonably priced. It’s a comfortable space for all people (if a male person is wanting to try some cuticle care with no pressure)! I won’t go anywhere else, and sometimes the owner’s dog even visits! 🥰

Wonderful place! Wonderful services offered from nails to skin care. I've tried most of them. I've even done a ladies day with my sister and niece. Overall a great experience.

It's truly unfortunate because this place has a great vibe, decor, and holistic approach to what they are doing, which I truly love. The simple fact is, I came in to get a pedicure, the herb foot bath was awesome, but my nails, cuticles, and cuticle bed were just ignored for the most part, I've been getting pedicures for 20 years on a regular basis, my regular person moved and I have bee searching for a year to replace her. Unfortunately I will pass on this place.

My daughter had almost non-existent nails. She had chewed them down to half the size of a normal nail bed and suffered from ingrown nails and other things because of her habitual chewing. She’s 16 now and decided she wants to figure out how to grow out her nails. The wonderful ladies at this spa have been amazing and patient. She’s had gel nails being put on consistently for the last month and she has nails coming out from her nail beds for the first time since she was a baby. She’s learned not to chew them and is ecstatic. My mom did the same with me when I was 16, but I got acrylic nails which were terribly hard on my nails even thought they did break me of the habit. The gel does fall off easily, but is so much more gentle! This place is fantastic. Also, the owner stands by her work and the work of her employees. She’s amazing!

We've been talking about doing this together for years. We wanted our virgin pedicure experience to be positive and safe. As there are too many horror stories, we research options. While in Colorado Springs on vacation, we found the perfect jewel, amen. It was worth the wait. Fabulous place.

Customer service is amazing and I loved the concept of the place. Beautiful environment however not the most relaxing as I excepted and I don’t think $15 extra for gel is a great deal as the gel application was my least favorite. The seating was also not very comfortable and my legs started to hurt in a very weird way after the long gel application. Nail tech was an absolute sweetheart and I really wanted to love the work and experience but I didn’t unfortunately.

Me and my best friend had an appointment here booked out for like 4 weeks! We are both very busy working hard so looking forward to a spa pedicure to relax and chill was top priority today. Sadly it was not the best pedicure of our lives the techs were nice and welcoming as well as the receptionist but I paid a lot of money for something very basic compared to the online description. I barely got a foot and leg massage and my cuticles are not happy. And the seating arrangement on a bench is weird and different. We normally go somewhere else but wanted to treat ourselves and wow we both regret it. When we checked out the debit cards weren’t charged properly or at all which was kinda weird and when I asked about more details the receptionist was also confused which wasn’t a big deal all in all because it worked out fine. In total we spent $196, thats including a generous tip and a 10$ product purchase but wow not worth it. Such a disappointment.

I booked this Bare Feet Spa as a birthday present for my father-in-law. He has diabetes and his feet always hurt, making it very uncomfortable and painful to walk or stand. Still, he takes good care of his feet, so his feet were clean, and Julie, who was in charge of him, also said that his feet were very clean. I booked a 65 minute Dry Pedicure for him. The reason people spend money to come to a place where they receive treatment is to receive healing and feel at ease. You present your website as if it were a very professional place and not just a place that provides pedicures. And if you list on your website that you have pedicures for people with diabetes, you should serve those customers with sincerity. However, Julie, who was in charge of him, was very unfriendly and blunt and told him to go to a foot massage shop next time. You write a lot about foot care on your website, but your behavior is worse than that of a local market. Booking this place was a birthday present for him, but he wasn't happy at all after receiving the foot care, which left me very upset. And I must tell you, be punctual. If the website says 65 minute pedicure, you have to do 65 minutes. Today Julie gave him exactly 50 minutes of foot care. We paid for your time and service, but we are very angry because you are not punctual.

Treat yourself!! Pure self-care, with none of the nasty chemicals that give you a headache! This is the place to go for high quality pampering, and personalized service. I especially like the different hand mixed herbs for the pedicure soak in a giant copper bowl - no plastic bag inside an old tub-jet chair here. I highly recommend this spa.

Had an appointment booked but called/texted several times 24 hours in advance to cancel. Originally did not get a confirmation from the spa they got the cancellation. Finally got a refund after about a month but do ultimately appreciate the professionalism and effort to follow through on this issue from the owner. Thank you-
