I was 8 minutes late to an appointment (not from here) and they gave my appointment away to the next person who was early to their appointment. Their policy was 7 minutes, but they never called or let us know that they were giving away my appointment nor that it was the policy. I literally walked in right after they had taken the other person back. The attitude was very much "not my problem." I will never come here again.

I have been coming here every 4 weeks, for the last 4 years for my treatments and absolutely love it here! Everyone is so kind, helpful and sweet. Lina is by far my favorite esthetician that I have worked with! She is very professional, flexible with my schedule when needed, and always my favorite to chat with! I highly recommend scheduling with her for any of your needs!

Love this place and prices for sure ! They have the best client service ! But in my last appointment i noticed a lot of hair left so now i have to go get waxed earlier than what i usually do

The best brazilian in Tucson! Cute and clean salon! They also are offering specials for new clients. I was so comfortable and at ease. They use quality wax and I had no pain, which is rare for me. Highly recommend!!! Amanda was great!!!

Update: I went back and told them about my previous experience. They were apologetic and gave me half off, and the technician I had this time did a much better job and took her time. ——————- I’ve had mixed experiences here. The first time I went, the woman who did my wax was very attentive and kind and I felt like she did a good job. The second time I went recently, a different woman did my wax. For some reason it seemed more painful, and somewhat rushed. She didn’t get all of the hairs (clearly left full strips of hair in certain areas) and left wax residue on me.

Absolutely love coming here! I’ve seen Lina and Amy for Brazilians and they are both great! They make you feel comfortable and they do it as painless as possible. I’ve been coming here for over a year and I’ll keep coming back!

I've been coming here for about two years now. They have a fantastic staff here. I usually go to Skyla, who does an excellent job of making me feel comfortable and educating me on post-treatment care. I could never go anywhere else.

Erica is the best brow waxer I've ever had. (This sounds silly, but I'd first seen her when I was on vacation in Tucson, and when I decided to move here I was so glad I'd be able to have her do my brows regularly). I've gone places where brow waxes are super brief, but Erica takes the time to do a superb job (and is always kind and friendly).

Hands down the best facials I’ve ever gotten (and I’ve had several!). Erica and Allyson are wonderful! Their customer service is by far the best . The ladies here are incredibly kind, attentive, knowledgeable and made me feel so welcomed. Highly recommend!

Skyla is great! It was probably the least painful Brazilian I’ve had done. She was very friendly and she does a fantastic job of making you feel comfortable.

I have always had very good experiences with the spa services at Bare Necessity. They are usually pretty prompt with the appointment times and the spa is very clean and welcoming. Also, it is easy to find and there's plenty of parking.

I had an amazing experience with Amy. She made me feel comfortable and the entire appointment was wonderful. She attentively listened when explaining what I felt I needed, seemed knowledgeable, and seemed to really care. My skin feels clean and refreshed and it’s a cute spa!

I was unsure bc of how high end this place is and the location if it was the right fit for our girls week. They took me as a same day eyebrow wax only with the amazing first timer deal and my bestie right after. Everyone there was so welcoming and knew their business. I’m from outta town and from now on I’ll be stopping in for more services. Bare Necessity is the best! S/O to Lina, thanks for making our BFF time together a memorable one.

It was my first time getting a custom facial at this location and I have to say it was a pleasant experience. Erica was accommodating and explained the process to me and was very informative which made me feel comfortable. My skin feels so good and rejuvenated. Will be coming back again.

Lovely salon and lovely ladies! I had never had a facial done before, and Erica was extremely patient and was very helpful explaining some of the things I was experiencing with my skin. She cared for my sensitive skin, and was transparent about what might and might not be good to do in terms of services. It felt like she actually cared about taking care of my skin instead of trying to sell me services, which was wonderful. Will most certainly be back!
