I recently moved to Florida from New York, and finding a great hair salon was at the top of my list. After visiting this salon, I can confidently say I’ve found my go to! The environment is stunning modern with a whimsical, fairy-like vibe that instantly makes you feel relaxed and pampered. Laura, the stylist who cut my hair, was absolutely amazing. She listened to exactly what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. My hair looks and feels incredible! Out of all the salons in the area, this is the one to come to. From the gorgeous atmosphere to the top notch service, everything about this place is perfect. Highly recommend! Thank you💕

Loved this salon and my stylist Kayla. Finding a new hair stylist is one of the harder things about relocation and Kayla made me feel comfortable and at ease from the very beginning. I love the holistic approach to the products and this was a huge part of my decision to choose Bare Roots. I’ve never been a fan of the chemical smells and manufactured fragrances you get bombarded with when you enter a salon. Kayla helped me decide in a low maintenance cut that would still look great even if I was exhausted from our high maintenance kiddo and couldn’t put a ton of styling into it. I will definitely be back and will recommend to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming fun salon environment.

Omggggg I have tried almost every salon around my area (Cape), for TWO YEARS trying places that blow smoke and really don’t know what they’re doing. Let me say, THIS SALON KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING! I walked out of there a different woman from when i walked in. I wish i still had the before & after photos. Everything from the quality color, the cut was AMAZING and grew out even better. That’s the way i gauge an amazing stylist. When you find that, you hold on to them as if your life depends on it, because it does. I almost don’t want to reveal my stylist’s name for fear of never getting a booking, but I’ll take one for the team but y’all better leave me an appointment slot, I had Betsy. I was very nervous, but i walked out of there fully trusting her with my head from this point on. She could suggest green highlights and i would just put my cape on and let her do her thing. Rest assured you will receive quality services at Bare Roots salon. I highly recommend. Side note, the atmosphere and aesthetics are top notch clean, comfortable, modern, relaxing.

They use all natural ingredients and products. My hair always looks and feels good when I leave and a big plus is it doesn’t smell like chemicals! All the stylists are great. The owner is adorable and so knowledgeable! Highly recommend!

Juliana recently did my better then weft hair Extentions and it was life change. I had sew-ins before for length and it use to bother me and not be comfortable at all, not to mention once in while I would have to go back to touch up the sew-ins! This new Extentions are a much cleaner application and much easier to maintain! I totally recommend!

I just moved here from MN and was worried about finding a stylist who could do exactly what my stylist back in MN did. Betsy was extremely professional and went above and beyond. I am extremely happy with the work she did and I will be going back to her specifically as my trusted stylist.

Laura did my highlights and they came out amazingly natural and blended. She did a very meticulous and accurate work, hair by hair, and her technique was great. There was a misunderstanding, as I asked for a cooler tone, so Laura applied an ashy toner on my hair, which I was very disappointed with once at home (it looked extremely grey and dark on me, and added dullness to my face), but after several washes the toner went off and I discovered a most amazing and flattering neutral blond, exactly how I wanted it to be! It was definitely my fault to ask for an added cool tone, whereas Laura was professional and performed exactly what I was asking for. I think most people do not realize how difficult it is to pull off this ashy grey - definitely not for everyone, so be careful with the toners!

Betsy was amazing!! She took her time with me while we discussed what hair color I was looking for. She also took her time putting in my hair color and she was super nice. I brought my daughter with me and she didn't mind at all. I was very impressed with the way my cut and color came out. I will definitely be back in a few months to have her touch up my new balyage!! Had high hopes based on the reviews, but was disappointed with my blonde highlights especially after paying $170. Staff was very nice but quality of highlights, coverage, and amount of foil used did not meet my expectations. I had to have the stylist add more highlights in after she finished because it did not cover my roots at all . It was better the second time but I still have lots of areas that are not well covered, splotchy, and dark that a stylist should be able to address and adequately cover. Sadly i won’t be going back and am overall disappointed in the service .

I tried to do a balayage on my hair at home and it was a complete disaster! Kayla totally fixed the color and gave me a beautiful caramel balayage and haircut. I'm so impressed with her skills and knowledge. Kayla is also friendly and personable. I can't wait to go back to her for my next appointment.

My daughter requested caramel highlights with layers and face framing pieces, and let me tell you, Brandy delivered! Her hair came out absolutely beautiful! The blend was perfect, color went amazingly with her skin tone, her face framing pieces were exactly what she wanted, etc. My daughter left with the biggest smile on her face and only wonderful things to say about the service….and could not stop looking in the mirror, she loved it so much! Thank you so much Brandy for our terrific results!!

I recently visited Bare Roots for a maintenance cut and some layers on my curly hair, and Kayla was my stylist. She was incredibly sweet and took her time to understand exactly what I wanted. Her attention to detail was impeccable, ensuring everything was perfect. I left the salon absolutely loving my hair! Kayla's dedication to her craft is evident, and she made the entire experience wonderful. Every visit to Bare Roots is fantastic, regardless of the stylist, but Kayla truly went above and beyond.

Very new to Fort Meyers area. My daughter desperately needed her hair cut. After looking at the Google reviews I for Bare Roots. It looked super cute! Online appointment booking and same day service. Brandy was our stylist. She was AMAZING! The salon was warm and just as cute as the pics on Google! Pleasant conversation the whole time and she did my daughters hair EXACTLY the way she wanted. Highly recommend!

Kayla made me blonde today! Only person that listened to exactly what I wanted in over 20 years. She took the time to treat me like I was the only person she was concerned with making happy. I asked for blonde and she did an amazing job and its all organic !!!! I will be going back......love her and the fact that I look 15 years younger now. Thank you Kayla
