I have seen Justyna twice now for a lash lift and tint. They have both been phenomenal. I have had 3 other local people do my lashes and Justyna has by far been the best! My lashes are the longest ever and have lasted more weeks than I expected! Justyna is friendly and the while Bat N Rouge has a great vibe! I'm so glad I checked them out!

Great location and the asthetics of the salon were so beautiful and relaxing. My stylist was fabulous! She listened and heard me out on what I wanted, shaped my brows the best they had every been, and is the best! Prices were reasonable and standard.

Got my eyebrows waxed, laminated & tinted along with eyelash extensions with bri!! She was so friendly and very easy to make conversation with. She was also very clean which is a major thing for me. Made me feel at home. 10/10 would recommend:)

I've seen Billee to have lash lifts with tint and my eyebrows waxed and tinted for several months now. She is great! I don't think eyelash extensions would work for me - allergies, contacts, itchy eyes. But, the lash lift with tint really makes a difference and lasts longer than I expected. Tinting my eyebrows helps fill in where I overplucked when I was younger. She's super nice, too. And the facility is very well done. I would recommend to anyone.

My experience here was wonderful. It is clean and professional, the music was fun, and my eyebrows look great! I was trying and failing to take care of my own eyebrows and am so glad I got professional help. Billee was wonderful. Can’t wait to go back!

Never go here!!! The stylist Alexa who did my eyelash extensions made them way to long. I specifically ask for a more short to medium look. I got Sesame Street lashes that looked like 1980 bangs curled backwards. To solve the problem they were just like we can remove them AND KEEP Your money. ..wow..they didn't even try to work with me to find a mutually decent SOLUTION 🙄

I was nervous about getting eyelash extensions and having damage done to my real lashes but Kirstie applies my extensions with care and shows professionalism. I’ll never switch lash technicians! Kirstie is the best in Knox.

I went off based on the reviews but I'm disappointed. My tan is splotchy, my feet are orange, was supposed to be olive based. My top half is darker than the lower. My right calve has no color Had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment for this? I followed the tips on the site but this is the worst spray tan I've ever had and it's 2 days from my wedding 🤬

I had the best time at Bat N Rouge! Pam was not only great company during our session, she did a fantastic job. See attached. This was my first time trying lash extensions, and it was a fantastic experience. I requested a classic set from Pam, and she gave me a wispy look that I love. I fully recommend Pam and her steady hands, and look forward to my return!

She is very thorough with her work and is going to make sure your lashes are looking the best that they can be! The overall facility of Bat’N’Rouge is great as well. I got a facial with Billee last week and I can honestly say my skin has never looked better!! I was suffer from extremely dry skin during the winter and was looking to add a little bit of hydration to my face. I won’t be going to anyone but Billee from now on! She was extremely knowledgeable in my skincare needs and even customized my facial to target all of my dry skin. If you’re looking for amazing, glowing skin, book an appointment immediately!!

Okay seriously, 10/10 recommend Bat 'N Rouge for Lash Tint + Lift services. I started getting my lashes tinted + lifted a few years ago while I was in school so I could wake up and head to class minutes before (shh, don't tell my professors) and feel put-together. My first service was with Sydney, and I can't put enough stars for her!! I actually live in Nashville now and every time I visit Rocky Top, I book my appointment with Sydney. My lashes stay curled & tinted for a long time (PS, I've tried a few times in Nashville and they haven't lasted as long) and leave feeling fabulous each time. Also--their new studio is gorgeous! Plenty of free parking too :-)

Paid 200.00 and had gaps between lashes. They were too small for my eyes. Lashes started falling off after I left. I would not recommend this business to anyone. What a waste!!
