Sauna not hot. Cold plunge not cold. Pleasantly surprised by the low crowds and general cleanliness, but $100 day pass is not worth it. Also, apparently no relationship with the bathhouse NYC, so don’t expect the same experience or quality. If it was $50 I’d say go for it, but otherwise it’s overpriced and underwhelming.

The least handicap accessible facility I've encountered (apparently only on the men's side). To get to the "social area" where the women's locker room let's out (common area with hot tub etc) there is no choice but to go up one and down another full flight of stairs. The private tub to soak in that I paid for had no rails for disabled people to utilize. I couldn't get in or out of the tub, so I just sat there for 25 minutes. Disabled people tend to like spas to ease out chronic pain. I have rheumatoid arthritis and was looking forward to relaxing and trying to ease my pain. The place also had really loud string orchestra music playing popular songs. It was hard to relax to that. It's very spendy considering the difficulty I encountered and for not being able to enjoy the services I paid for. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because the staff were all very friendly and nice. If you're able-bodied, you might enjoy it, but if not, I'd go someplace else or just wait till you get home for a massage. Also, I asked for a deep tissue massage when I made the appointment and received Swedish.

The worst spa experience we’ve ever had. The girl at the front desk was cold, rude and dismissive. My locker didn’t work so I had to go back to the front for a new one. There was no tour provided so it took me 10 minutes just to find my husband and we didn’t know where anything was, since the place is like a maze. There are no clocks so we never knew when our massage appointment was coming up. Adding a mandatory 20% service charge should be illegal when the experience is awful. Save you money and go elsewhere.

My wife and I received a couples massage and we both loved our massages! The front desk check in was very courteous and professional, but when they handed us off to the person who was supposed to give us a tour the customer service was lacking. She was very rushed. She took my wife into the ladies locker room and said she would meet me on the other side to give me a tour. The facilities are very nice. I was hanging out for like ten minutes until I started getting worried. I went back to where we entered the locker rooms, but she wasn't there. I walked around looking for my wife and couldn't find her, so I went back and figured I'd wait. Another ten minutes went by and I'm starting to get concerned. I talked to someone else and they said there are two completely different sides of the facilities which was never explained to us. I went on another walkabout to find my wife and I ran into the woman who was supposed to give me a tour. I told her about my frustrations and how I'd been looking for my wife and she said, "no worries". She then proceeded to quickly take me on a tour that was as frazzled as she was. I rated four stars because the facilities are great and the massages were wonderful, but there customer service experience was incredibly frustrating and anything but relaxing. Some simple communication in advance would've alleviated these challenges.

I wasn’t too impressed with this place, and found it very uninspiring. The décor is nice, and the staff was friendly. The facility is relatively clean, but it is certainly in need of a good deep cleaning. The water was clear and well-chlorinated, but then there was a lot of dirt, sand and grime in the corner of the tubs which is really visible with crystal clear water. I think children are allowed in, but that doesn’t make much sense to me as full nudity is allowed, and some take full advantage (never understood that). The showers were super basic and could certainly use some updating. The facility is segregated with a men’s side and women’s side, so it’s impossible to spend the day together if you are of opposite genders. $75 for a day pass, not outrageous but didn’t feel there was great value either.

No cell phones allowed for privacy and serenity. Been here several times and it is always so peaceful. Staff is super friendly, robes are soft and cozy and I leave feeling like the stress of the week has melted off.

We went on a girl's trip and came here to treat and pamper ourselves and it was such an amazing experience. The staff is all so nice and helpful. I totally recommend this spa.

A cute small spa! It's great if you want a more quieter place to just chill with friends~ I had a chance to try out the Seasonal summer berry massage and I LOVED the experience!! It ends up smelling so good and my masseuse Melissa did a wonderful job💖 a few years ago I also had the fall seasonal pumpkin spice and I smelled so good for a week! Full recommend the seasonal massages 💖 The only thing is they don't really have hot tubs, they're more of a Warm tub 🤔

Decided last second to book a massage and spend a few hours in the Bathhouse Spa. Got a custom massage and the therapist Trish was INCREDIBLE! Her massage techniques were firm but relaxing and she hit all the tension points she could find. With a booked massage you get access to Steam Room, jacuzzi, Dry Sauna, and snacks/flavored water. Jacuzzi was broken and it wasn’t heated when I went hence the four stars. They could upgrade their snacks too (only had pretzels and bananas). But the staff is kind and cater to your needs. I’ll definitely come back

First off I would like to say thank you to Natalie for her help in booking and confirming my appointment. She was professional, courteous, helpful, competent and just an overall joy to speak with. Second, the only complaint I have is that the waterfall/rain wall was off. I love that feature in the pool room, but this time it was not on which I hope is just temporary. That being said, everytime I come here it is an overall better experience than the previous time. I had seen the reviews for Justin, and I must say, they are true! Justin is a credit to his craft as well as his profession. I was experiencing shoulder and neck pain causing a bad headache and he eliminated all of it. I felt good for days afterward. He is the first masseuse that did not cause pain to my already problematic lower back issues. I normally don't prefer harder pressure, but he managed to apply pressure without pain...I swear he's magical. He noticed issues without me telling him and his work was not only relaxing, but beneficial. His talented hands saved my vacation. Truly a gifted massage therapist...the absolute best!

If you're an introvert you can't go wrong with this spa. Besides the most comfortable robes I've ever worn in my life they also had the best drip coffee I've ever had. My masseuse Jared did a wonderful job on my massage and if you've never done hot stones: DO IT. So worth it. I did knock off a star for the websites UI for reservations. If you're doing just yourself it's not too bad (though preferably do it on a computer and not mobile) but if you're doing more than one person it can get confusing.
