Once inside, you had the strong impression that you had found yourself in a salon in a small Georgian town, rightly expecting a warm welcome. But, as it turned out, Katie the hairdresser is absolutely indifferent to the client’s hair problems. During the appointment for the haircut, I managed to tell her that I had cut off the remains of the blond burnt by the airtouch and needed to take a step back to grow out the hair. Katie the hairdresser did not even look at my hair to assess the work, did not ask clarifying questions, but I wondered what she had done during the haircut. Unfortunately, the next day she simply sent me to the assistant to wash my hair and immediately started cutting, again without asking a single question about my wishes and without even touching my dry hair. My hair was just above the shoulder, on the top of my head there was short hair, which I pinned up so that its length was not noticeable. The hairdresser started cutting this part, and then, omg, started to even out the length along this short hair 😧. I told her that you shouldn't touch the length, I'm growing it out, to which I was told that she wasn't touching it, and immediately cut off 4-5 cm from the front part 😪. I don't understand why I didn't get up from my chair, and she continued her execution. The next step was to take thinning scissors and very powerfully remove at least 50% of the thickness all over my head (even though I was in the process of growing it out), and as a result I got a great men's haircut from the 80s in the style of David Bowie - short hair in the front, well-thinned length in the back, although I needed to take care of the peculiarities of my hair. Then she decided to dry my hair with a hairdryer without applying heat protection, at which point I couldn't take it anymore and asked her to stop this abuse. I categorically do not recommend this hairdresser, who does not care about the client's hair, uses outdated harmful devices (thinning with scissors (apparently she has not heard of pointing), drying hair without heat protection), is not aware of modern trends in coloring - I asked her about one Italian dye, and she has not even heard of it, she does not care about the return of clients, her level is elderly retired people , for whom it is enough to somehow shorten their hair, although for them it is too expensive - $ 75 for a haircut and drying. If you are growing your hair, it is better to take care of it and choose another hairdresser.

Avoid this place if you want to save your nerves and hair. I bleached roots with Goga a few time but last time was horrible. He damaged hair and didn’t bleached same color as previous time. Roots was dirty color. He said will improve next time. I couldnt wait till next time so I came 2-3 weeks after to do smth with that color so I don’t hate them. Goga started yelling at me that he did a good job, he always does perfect work, he was very rood. He said I won’t work with you anymore. A manager Maya said he was a king of coloring back in Georgia, it’s not him, it’s me wrong. They do not care your hair, problems they made for you are your problems. The studio is waste of time, money, nerves.

Got my hair highlighted for the first time here. Customer service was nice at first then got annoyed with my hair for being “curly”. All my highlights got bleached too strong and all the dyed hair fell off the following month. So disappointed😂along with the price and the tips I had to pay to which they weren’t even happy with. Unbelievable. Don’t go here!!

I didn’t want to make this review from one simple reason. Every time I find a great barber a few month later I can’t make an appointment because they become too busy. Zura is one of the best barbers I ever met. He takes his time but the result is incredible. His skin fade is close to perfect.

Writing this review to warn others about my incredibly disappointing experience with the hairdresser QETI. It's evident that QETI lacks even the basic customer service skills. She demonstrated a complete disregard for listening to customer's needs. To make matters worse, QETI incompetence led to a disastrous outcome. My hair was bleached so severely that it got burned. The damage caused was beyond repair, leaving me devastated and with a head of hair in ruins. It's absolutely unacceptable for a professional to mishandle such a basic procedure. I urge people not to be fooled by the seemingly beautiful posts on Facebook, just like I was. The deceptive facade conceals the reality of their lack of expertise and care. Save yourself the disappointment and potential hair disasters by seeking out a more reliable and skilled hairdresser elsewhere.
