Her esthetician, Tiffany is friendly so easy to talk to; and, does quality work. You should book your appointment ASAP for the upcoming holiday season. My teen son has had the worst haircuts and he was a bit anxious about going in. Cozy was awesome at talking to him and helping him figure out exactly what he liked and disliked. After we got home and he took a shower and styled his hair, he said "She's awesome! She's my regular!" Thanks Cozy!

This was the best experience I've has at a salon in a LOOONG time! I was super hesitant because I was doing a big chop but Cozzette was so kind and made sure to ask me all the questions so she could give me what I wanted! I will 1000% be back to see her! I will also add that the vibes and atmosphere are top notch!!

Cozzette is amazing! She listens and asks clarification questions until we are both sure of what I want. I have complete confidence in her abilities. She is also kind, understanding and empowering! The new booking system is easy to use and understand. I would 100% recommend her to everyone.

Cozette is absolutely amazing! She goes with her gut and knows how to pull off brilliant styles while maintaining the integrity and health of her clients hair. My stylist moved out of state and I didn't get my haircut for months. A friend with a super cute short cut recommended Cozzette. I LOVE MY HAIR! She sat with me and listened to me struggle through what I wanted. She asked about my lifestyle, habits, family, etc. She gave me the cutest cut and I'm so thrilled to have found a new stylist.

BB 63 has several different stylists in a small shop on bluebonnet circle. Making the appointment was relatively easy but I had to make an account online. Who needs more accounts? Not me. I received a text reminder for the appointment. Parking is somewhat limited. If the parking spots are taken, you would just have to park a little further down the road, which isn't so bad. Once I entered, I waited a couple of minutes before my stylist Tiffany met me. I usually don't have specifics in mind when I go for a haircut besides keeping my bangs because I want to trust their expertise. Tiffany seemed boggled by me not having a specific direction. I think because of this, she gave me a very mediocre haircut. There wasn't any flair to it. She also didn't ask me how I wanted my hair styled. Overall she didn't seem very personable or confident in her skills. In the end, I felt that I overpaid for a very basic haircut. Another con was receiving text reminders for appointments I never made several months after the original appointment. I called to let them know, but I continued receiving the texts. FYI This seems to be more of a color salon. P.s. this review was long overdue and the stylist that I had no longer works there so I might try again
