I recently visited BBV for some highlights and I couldn't be happier with the results! This was my first time at this salon. It was clean, stylish, and well-organized. I loved the little touches, like complimentary beverages and snacks and the music playing in the background. It really added to the overall experience. My stylist Jenny took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered great suggestions based on my hair type and face shape. The consultation was thorough, and I truly appreciated her expertise. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic salon experience. I’ll definitely be returning for my next appointment!

Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone after my booking experience. I called to book a spiral perm, specified my hair type and wants over the phone when booking. I’ve had perms in the past so I know the technique I like for my hair. I was referred to get a consultation with Lauryn and specifically asked if she would have time to complete the service the same day as the consultation because I had travel plans the week after. I was told yes so I booked the appointment. Upon arriving at my appointment, Lauryn’s base pricing was $105 above the salon base pricing on the website with no explanation as to why it was higher. She had no experience doing the type of perm I wanted and unlike I was told on the phone, she had an appointment after my consultation and would not have been able to do my perm that day anyways. I was completely misinformed and waited for an appointment here when I could have gone to another salon. The owner tried to book me with another stylist (Joette), but when I voiced my concerns about the timing and asked questions about the stylists availability and how the perm would uphold with my upcoming travel plans if I scheduled it later, I received no answer. I asked my questions again hoping to receive an answer and potentially move forward with the second stylist, but instead I received a blank stare from Veronica before being told this isn’t the salon for me and they would no longer be helping me.

Emily is great! She created a refreshing new hairstyle for me. I came in with a bob and left with a pixie. The salon overall had a welcoming vibe and everyone was friendly, especially Marley.

I got my hair colored by Gladis and it was my first time being at the salon. She educated me on the process of achieving the hair color I was looking for and taught me how to take care of it afterwards. The salon is beautiful and they gave me lots of goodies to try on my hair once I left. Happy to be a client here now!

If you're in Scottsdale, Arizona, do yourself a favor and book an appointment here. You won't be disappointed — this salon is incredible! My colorist Jillian was absolutely phenomenal. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly, leaving me with vibrant, beautiful color that looked natural and fresh. Her expertise and knowledge really shine through in the quality of her work!! The owner Veronica was incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive, making sure my experience was nothing short of perfect. It’s clear that she truly cares about her clients and has built an incredible team!! Highly recommend!

Loved BBV salon. Just moved to phx and found them online. Analisa was amazing I loved the way my hair turned out from the length to the color. Everyone was super friendly and helpful! Would 10/10 recommend!

Went in for a challenging ask and wanted very light grey Dye on my very dark hair. My hair was a challenge to bleach with out damaging but Kayla worked with me and manage to get done. Very considerate and kind with exelent service,.

First (but not last) appointment. Such a wonderful experience from the knowledgeable, friendly front desk booking my appt and welcoming arrival. The stylist, Jenny was personable, listened to what I have done in the past and what I would like my hair to look like going forward. I felt very comfortable with her bc if this and the more time we spent chatting throughout my appt. This was after a very nice shampoo/condition/mini head massage by a very nice Hallie. Jenny asked Veronica to come meet me and she was a gracious, genuine personable person (owner) i felt like we knew one another. Finally now have my go to salon. Book your appt now!

Jenny N. is the best! I’ve been coming here for maybe 10+ years. Welcoming staff, gorgeous salon, and love the snack options too. My husband gets his haircut by Jenny too. I even have a cousin who lives in Texas and will book with Jenny every time she comes to AZ for a visit. Thank you BBV! I Love my cut/ color/ blowout every time.

My review was taken down and it comes to show that there five stars business is biased. Veronica did my hair the second time because Jordan didn’t color my hair according to what I wanted and what I showed her in the picture. Veronica fried and unevenly colored my hair. Additionally, she added highlights to the top of my head! It was a disaster because she had no idea how to blend the red and blonde colors together creating this mess you can see in the pictures.

This is my first time at BBV. Kathy and Stephen did the most amazing job. Truly the dynamic duo! I haven’t had my hair colored in over six years and I wanted a completely new look. And that’s what I was able to get with Kathy and Stephen. Kathy listened and looked at my inspiration images, we talked more and she asked me questions about what I was looking for. She completely nailed the hair color. And Stephen, the same, the cut is exactly what I was looking for. We chatted and I showed him some pictures about the type of cut I wanted which was completely different to my previous straight hair. He added lots of dimension and body to my hair, which is normally very flat and thin. I absolutely love the new look!! It’s always a little scary to try someplace new but definitely do not hesitate especially for color- these guys are experts.

Gladys is amazing & completely transformed my hair by giving me a hair treatment after my color & then a haircut & blow out! Highly recommend! If you have any frizz problems definitely try out the hair treatments. You will not regret it!

Jordan was absolutely amazing and very kind. I went to get my hair cut for my birthday after not having my hair cut for about 4 years and they were nothing but kind to me. They asked me what I wanted and worked with me to find a style that would fit my daily activities while not sacrificing the style I wanted. I was also very pleasantly surprised with the customer service elsewhere in the store. Everyone was very sweet and had a great energy about them!

I came to this salon desperate to fix my hair! I have fine hair with 2 botched high and low lights from 2 other salons. I botch, 1 "repair" but, they used Olaplex on my hair! My hair since the color correction has felt like a horses tail ever since! So I was desperate to get this olplex out of my hair and a treatment that worked! My friend said, go see Gladis at BBV! Karastase treatment!!! I am so glad I went! My hair feels like my hair again. Gladis did a beautiful cut/style. Best part of it all was it was inexpensive!!! They run $40 and I'm hooked! My hair looks and feels healthier than it has in years! YEARS! 1 treatment! I'll be back every 4 weeks! I cannot say enough about MMV Salon. Gladis, A++! Salon, Top notch, Professional! Clean! If your looking for a salon, this is it!
