I really appreciated my massage with Amber. She listened to what I said my problem areas were and really helped relieve stress tension. She is great at addressing pain without feeling like you're getting beat up during the massage. I will definitely be making another appointment.

Jamie was very good. She took the time to ask questions and took the time to target my areas of pain. She was very engaging and instinctly knew when to remain quiet so you can relax. It was amazing how she was able to simultaneously and effortlessly perform services for my Mom and I with the care as if she was working with only 1 client. The services were expertly performed and affordable for the experience. We will definitely return.

10/10. Booked online. The peppermint scalp massage was a dream! Pressure for the body massage was perfect, and the utopia table just added to the whole experience! The space is small, but it is very relaxing! Definitely looking forward to coming back!

My best friend and I had a lovely time. They were so professional and everything was very nice. We did the the triple threat couples retreat. Our skin is so soft now and everything was perfectly relaxing. A major plus is if you like Art Deco, this spa is for you! The beautiful mosiacs really bring an old world feel.

I was gifted a message and scrub for my birthday back in January, and it was one of the best gifts I have ever received. I was a bit skeptical on the direction for locating the establishment, but they are clear and accurate. Both the scrub and message were beyond fabulous and relaxing. It was tricky getting on the water table, but well worth it. It was almost like getting a message while you do a float I cannot wait to go again. 10/10 highly recommend

My fiancé and I came in for a couples massage and the jacuzzi table. The ladies were really friendly and did excellent on the services! That jacuzzi table was a really cool experience.The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because it wasn’t the private and romantic experience we were looking for. The main room where we got our massages and changed into our robes was in the center of the space, so you and other guests have to pass through that area when walking from service to service. It’s right next to the “lobby” and only separated from other spaces with a blackout curtain. It was really awkward and uncomfortable to be completely undressed in the space. At one point, the curtain wasn’t completely closed off to the lobby and other guests waiting there to go back for other services. It’s a really cool and different vibe for a spa, just not the experience we were looking for.

The worst experience I've ever had. My husband scheduled a facial for my birthday and a day after getting the facial my face is blotchy and red. I've had numerous facials before and never had an issue. I left with my face feeling sticky and dry. I call the spa and speak to the mgr. who says it can't be their fault because they use professional products. The employee who did my facial said to use aloe to help my redness and my face can't even take that. Hoping my face gets back to what it was before this experience.

I tried B Bliss for the 1st time as a birthday gift to myself and I am so happy I did! I had only ever gone to 1 place and was nervous to change but am now wishing I'd found Amber sooner. She was amazing and really focused on my problem areas. I did the works package and loved getting to choose my add ons! I cannot wait to come back 🥰

We were welcomed from the moment we stepped in. The building is beautifully adorned with the opulence of art deco. The staff was friendly and super accommodating. Most importantly, my massage therapist, Amber, gave me an awesome massage. It's obvious she's very experienced. I was so relaxed. She was able to detect and treat tight spots without discomfort. I will definitely be back!

Had a couples massage. It was the first massage every for my husband and he was so nervous, I wasn't sure if he would follow through with it. Like a trooper he did for me and let me tell you when I tell you that is an understatement! He hasn't stopped talking about how amazing it was, how good he feels now, and he wants to do it again! These ladies were hands down amazing! Thank you so much for a great experience!

I booked a couples retreat massage for me and my boyfriend. This was our first time at B. Bliss Spa so we did not know what to expect. We had an amazing experience we were greeted with such kindness and to start everything off we enjoyed a glass of wine together as we changed in our robes and slippers. The room had rose pedals laid out and the music felt hand picked just off of our vibe. We were very pleased with everything and we will definitely back.

I booked an appointment on a Sunday but had been looking into this spa for a couple of days prior to booking. I arrived and had no issues finding my way to the correct place. My session was with Amber and she was amazing. She asked about any areas to focus on and she worked out ALL the tension I didn’t even know I was holding. My husband and I were in town for one of his work events and I had been exploring the city on foot. Amber took extra time to work on my trouble spots and it was so appreciated. I left more relaxed and refreshed. Amber, you’re the best and I’ll be back to see you!

I needed a ME day, I found this by googling jacuzzi spa's, I saw they had a jacuzzi tub experience. That is exactly what I was looking for. I choose an add on of a scalp rub with peppermint oil. The whole experience was soooo nice!! The jacuzzi tub was soooo relaxing, I got a cup of wine too. I loved it. The scalp massage was amazing! Today I feel so re-energized. Lacreisha was so nice and comforting. Her vibe was spot on! I will be back for sure

I’m from northeast indiana and My husband and I had been wanting couples massages for our anniversary again and I booked them at B Bliss! So easy to get to. So easy to book. It’s gorgeous! Our therapists were Krystle and JaNia and wow! Seriously the best massage I’ve ever had! My husband sad his was great too! She hit all the pressure points! For sure will be returning!

Let's call it unconventional as far as spa experiences go. Probably the perfect fit for plenty of people, just not my demographic. I would expect a much lower price point for what I actually experienced. I'm not opposed to forking over $300 for a spa experience but this wasn't it. We did 2 people each getting a turn on the jacuzzi table, the vibrating waterbed table (called utopia table on the website) and a massage each (total time for all 3 was 1 hour). The jacuzzi table is way less pressure jets than a normal jacuzzi. More like laying in a shallow bath with water spritzing at your sides. The utopia table is no different than my parents bed in the 70's. If you've never slept on a waterbed you aren't missing out. The low lighting seemed more dim to hide grime than relaxing. There were 2 random rose petals on the floor from someone else's experience that hadn't been cleaned up in between. The workers seemed very unsure of their procedures. One was admittedly training the other but neither seemed authoritative. My husband said his masseuse didn't offer enough pressure, mine was merciless even when I was flinching and whimpering. I almost stopped my massage. We were in the same room which wasn't very private. I could see them in the hallway through the cracks in the curtain while we changed our clothes so I'm sure they could see us. Neither of them inquired as to the acceptableness of the pressure at any point during the massage. Considering you also have to pay for parking and it's a cloak and dagger mission to get inside with the emailed door code and instructions. It's just not my vibe. But I wish you all the best.

Spent the first part of my birthday today at B Bliss and it was nothing short of amazing. I let Amber know she made me feel like the Queen of Zamunda after my treatments lol I tried out the Jacuzzi table and the Utopia bed. Both great experiences. Can’t wait to go back again. Thanks so much for making the start of my birthday a great one!

Booked an appointment with a non-refundable deposit. When we showed up for the appointment, no one was there to do the service. The owner would not answer calls or text. No apologies offered or any attempts to make it right. Would definitely not recommend this place!! A REPLY TO THE OWNERS RESPONSE: What I am saying was true. The manager was there true, but SHE was then one that was trying to contact you while we were right there in your lobby and you would not respond. You knew the day before that the nail tech had quit. You could have informed us then that you only had one nail tech to service the 5 people in our party. As for the "comp" items, the gummies and the wine were received by the 3 individuals who actually paid for massages. Per your manager, these comps are offered to every customer. The hot stone massage was ordered by the one individual who received it when the package was originally booked. The manager stated that the birthday girl got a free additional service and SHE chosen the bamboo. As for us choosing to stay the two hours while waiting on those getting a massage, we had to wait. We rode in one care. When we originally booked the party of five, you said you could accommodate with no problem. When we arrived, there two massage therapist to do FIVE messages and no nail tech. Yet, all this was supposed to be done in a two hour time slot???

Called to ask about last-minute availability, and they were able to fit me in right away! The directions/instructions to find the studio were clear and easy to follow. When I arrived, I did not have to wait. My girl Tia took care of me right away and made me welcome. The spa looked clean, and there was calming music playing. I tried their White Noise package, which included a massage and express facial, and allowed me to try other services they offered, like cupping. Tia was attentive and made my first experience customized and wonderful. For their prices, they offer high-quality service. I recommend and will be back! Fyi, there is no free parking. There is limited paid street parking and nearby paid garage parking.

I will definitely be going back! Amber is an excellent massage therapist. She asked about areas I wanted to focus on and welcomed feedback on pressure levels, but she also seemed to find all the knots intuitively and know exactly how to relieve them without my needing to say anything. I left feeling so much better than when I came in.

Wouldn’t even give 1 star. My experience here was very poor. Showed up for a “Utopia” massage, not only did I NOT receive what I paid for, but the place looked like a natural disaster had just hit it. I walked in to, what looks to be the lobby, paint supplies and random objects everywhere. No music. No atmosphere. Very dark, dingy vibe with an unsettling odor. I was in total shock considering the reviews. My therapist Tia, did the best she could to rectify the situation. My massage was actually very calming, but watching her struggle to put things away that she clearly didn’t know was going to be there was painful to watch. There was no other employee in the spa, no manager and that seemed very odd. The owner should be ashamed of how this place is being ran.
