I went to Francesca for highlights and a trim and she killed it!! I showed all kinds of pictures of what I like but was unsure of tone I should to go for. She worked her magic and picked a perfect natural looking highlight that complimented my natural hair perfectly adding beautiful pops of light and dimension. I loved the way it turned out. I got sushi across the street after and the hostess came up to me before I left to tell me how beautiful my hair was and how the color suited me so well. (Who doesn’t love to hear something like that after a haircut?!:)) High quality experience and I didn’t have to wait months for an appointment. The salon and its employees have a great vibe. Highly recommend!!

Nathan was very thorough at the start of the appointment, asking questions about my hair routine, ensuring we agreed upon length and style, and made me confident he had a good understanding of what I wanted and what would work best for my day to day before getting started. Super fun and easy to chat with, so kind, and very helpful with determining some products I could use for my irritated scalp. And the receptionist was great as well! Ariana I think her name was. I also liked that when booking my appointment online, I was asked to provide a description of what I wanted for the haircut - makes me feel like the salon cares about the customer experience and really wants to allocate appropriate time and attention for each appointment. All in all, great first appointment! Excited to return.

Great cut as always with Nathan. He is great at asking the right questions, clearly communicating the plan, and then executing. And then checking in again to make sure we stayed on the same page. Scheduling is easy and everyone is super nice.

My first visit to be.salon was fabulous! The salon is gorgeous, I was welcomed and show where to hang my coat and put on a smock, shown the coffee bar and where to sit for my color. The staff was friendly and professional. Sadie took time to listen to what I was looking for and offered suggestions on making it happen, she was very easy to talk to and made me feel very at ease. Her technique and attention to detail were excellent, I am so pleased with my hair and look forward to coming back!

I love this salon. My mother and I have been going here for years. Everyone is always very nice. I see Bella and she is very sweet and always does a great job. She explains color theory and what she thinks will look best and she is always right! Always get compliments on my hair after Bella does it!
