I stopped by the D21 location at DFW. The massage was awesome for my lumbar spine area. Ms. Shunni was very professional, and inquired about the area which I was experiencing the most trouble.

Very good chair massage. Passion was kind, professional, and could clearly identify and attend to key muscle groups and areas of tension. Would go again. Always surprised when airport massage places aren’t full, as so many people in airports look like they could really use a massage.

After countless delays and finally a cancellation, my nerves were shot and my brain overwhelmed. I stumbled into this this spa hoping for relief and was overjoyed to receive it! Alexandra has magic hands! I was completely relaxed for 45 minutes while she worked the tension out of me. When she was done, I felt renewed and re-energized enough to face another day of delays. Thank you, Alexandra! You saved my sanity!

Alexandra had such a healing touch. She knew how to focus on releasing muscle tightness while making it relaxing. One of the top 3 massage therapist out of hundreds I’ve used over the last three decades. Absolutely amazing!!!

In all seriousness.. how’s this place even open? Read the reviews and you’ll see it’s a miracle they’re even open. Listen, if your a massage therapist it’s your job to bring relief to people..it’s that simple. People come to this spa under a lot of stress and pain just to be treated poorly(if you get service at all that is). Like others, I went in and asked for a massage. As soon as the therapist saw me (older blonde woman)she storms out rudely saying “ITLL BE 20 MINUTES!! IM GOING TO LUNCH!!”. So they put me on the waiting list. I’m the first person so I’m told it’s a 20 minute wait. 20minutes goes by.. no text, then another 25 minutes go by, nothing. So I poke my head in and the therapist is standing there just chatting away with the other employee. We waited almost an hour for absolutely nothing. They clearly don’t want to work.. they clearly aren’t empathetic massage therapist and they clearly should stop wasting people’s time. I don’t expect this review to change anything about how they operate, it’s just a warning to others.

LAN was amazing, very friendly professional staff. It’s a mistake not to come experience this while traveling through DFW. Carmelita was so efficient and processed my check in quick and explained all the services available.

No pude tomar el servicio por el que fui. Según su página web ofrecen depilación, pero de los dos sitios solo hay UNA PERSONA que lo hace, primero tuve que ir de la B28 a la D21 por esta razón. Después, al llegar a la B28 la persona que hace la cera me dijo que tendría que esperar entre 1h-1h3 porque estaba ocupada, mientras tanto las otras dos empleadas se estaban dando un masaje la una a la otra. Además ni siquiera en el waiting list tienen el servicio de waxing. UNA AUTÉNTICA PERDIDA DE TIEMPO.

Awful experience. Stopped by hoping for some neck pain relief before flight. Was put in a chair that was then turned on, and the girl said when it stops you're done. Then she walked away. No help, felt ripped off.

Had a 30 minutes chair massage, and it was really very professional and really relaxing. Just the right amount of pressure, and never distracted. I paid for 30 minutes, but received about 35 minutes. Will do it again!

I had a very good experience with Be Lax located in the airport at Dallas-Ft Worth. My therapist Shunterria was very skilled & I would highly recommend her! Well done! Five stars 🤩

I was extremely disappointed I was not able to get a massage after a long travel day. This company discriminates against people with disabilities and will refuse service if you have one. I am a type 1 diabetic and I was refused service since I have diabetes. This should be illegal, DO NOT support this company that will not provide services to protected parties.

I was trying to find something to do at the airport terminal since I had to wait 7 hours for my flight and I thought--why not get a men's pedicure. So when I got to one of the two store terminals, I was guided by one of the therapists to queue in through the QR code. The process was very simple and quick and I was able to get a therapist in under 10 minutes. My therapist, Jessica, was extremely nice and would calmly explain the process to me as I was getting my feet pampered and rejuvenated--she did a wonderful job! For what the cost was, it was very much worth it. I will definitely come back again if I get a connector flight through this airport.

It could be such a nice oasis, but you have to listen to Cindy’s loud gossip about other workers and her company while you try to relax. There’s no point. I went to the other terminal location - and she was there the next time, loud as ever. To the owner: send in a secret shopper to see for yourself. Respectfully, J. Mark

Not bothered, so no need for an automated apology. Nevertheless, a peculiar curly headed individual told me services were closed for the evening at 8:45, even though website said they close at 10PM lol. Just wanted to use the massage chair before my flight. Wasn’t looking forward to being touched. Wow, humanity today lmao.

As soon as we walked in, we were told that they only can offer us chair massages (I'm a lounge key holder), no hand massage, o2, be feet on lounger. Straight to we only have the chairs offer for us. I think you guys can do better. Or probably just don't advertise what you offer.

I had the pleasure of experiencing a foot massage at the airport, and it was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment I walked in, the therapists were kind and welcoming, providing an immediate escape from the chaotic environment of the terminal. Julie was incredibly skilled and attentive. Every knot and tense spot in my feet and calves melted away under her expert touch.

Service is awful. My husband and I booked a chair massage and wanted to purchase an eye massager. The girl working the counter told me I couldn’t be inside the store looking at the product they sold while I waited for the massage. My husband was getting a chair massage while she told me to leave. They lost at least a $400 purchase just because she was rude. Whoever owns the place should not have that type of employees.
