Enjoyed an awesome 30 minute massage in one of the chairs, free thanks to Chase priority pass. It was awesome! Worth coming early for — I would have paid for it, even. Above everything else, they have amazing customer service. Michael took extra care to make sure I felt comfortable and relaxed during my visit!

Had a wonderful experience today with Lori (back chair massage) and Regina (brow shaping and foot/leg massage) at the LAX terminal 1 location. I was the first customer of the day and got the royal treatment from these lovely ladies! Back and feet feel good, brows are cleaned up, and I’m ready for my trip! Thank you ladies!

My spouse and I stopped in for a massage after a flight delay gave us 5 1/2 hours to kill at LAX. The staff were friendly, courteous and got us on the waitlist for a 45 minute upper body massage massage. After spending 5 minutes in the nearby gift shop we were notified we were next and we were not disappointed by services offered. Huge rave to Sherman and his co-workers for giving us some healing and relaxation after a stressful morning of airport shenanigans. 10/10 recommend stopping by anytime your at LAX, hands down the most pleasant experience I've had during a lay over/ flight delay.

I was desperate for some pampering after a long day of flights and a the last one constantly being delayed. I felt refreshed but if I did it again, I wouldn’t go for a manicure and just do the massage chairs. The manicure was overpriced and the nail tech did a bad job on my cuticles. My nails chipped in 2 days.

Agree with other reviewers wrt wait times and bad service for priority pass customers. We waited for over an hour and all they kept saying was “you would get a text” when we could clearly see there were empty chairs. If the business doesn’t want to provide service then why list it on priority pass. Pathetic attitude and waste of time.

For 1/3 of the price, I would consider this almost acceptable, but AUD$180 for 45 mins of someone who has no idea how to give a massage. You might think you need it, but trust me, don't waste your money.

I went in here for a gel manicure expecting it to only take 30 min. It took 2 hours and they didn’t even do a good job. She had to wipe nail polish remover around every finger on each coat. And she messed up one thumb and had to redo it multiple times. The polish is uneven on every finger. I’ll have to get this re-done at a normal nail salon when I get to where I’m going. Such a waste of time (and $$$)

Lady at the front desk be like “aaahh oooohhhh priority pass, that will be wait list”. After 1 hour and 0 people entering this place and all massage chairs being unoccupied I’m still the only person in the waitlist. Joke of a place. Also, their copy-pasta replies to all reviews.

Regina is the ✨best✨ she helped me with my atrocious nail problem. laughed the whole time, had great conversations that felt like i was talking to a friend! highly recommended if you have time to kill at the airport

Cnasia was super friendly and awesome! Used my priority pass to get a 10 minute foot massage. Included the chair lounger which was super relaxing!

Had a great time here! My aunt got an all body massage with the pass with a small fee and it was great! Definitely appreciate Sherman and Chris for helping us set up with the chairs. They provided us with great service and they were very friendly! Would definitely recommend this to others!

Went to the location betqeen Gates 11-18 at LAX. Sherman was great - he got me all the way together! I was super relaxed and feeling much better for my long flight.

In A Nutshell: -The Be Relax store in Terminal 1 where Southwest departs at LAX is a good spot to enjoy a 30 minute massage before your flight if you have time to spare. -If you hold a Priority Pass card, the 30 minute massage is FREE. -I was really impressed w/ the how strong those massage chairs are. Overall, I left feeling very refreshed & relaxed.

The staff here is very friendly and professional. C’Nasia and Sherman set me up in a massage chair before my flight, so I was nice and relaxed. It’s the only place you can use priority pass in Terminal 1.

In general I really appreciate the be relax spas. I just get the chair massage machine but it is great. I pay for a premium service annually that gives me 30 min included any time I stop in, availability dependent. The last 3 red eyes I’ve taken through LAX gave me the opportunity to stop in from 6-630am before my second flight. However this location in terminal one has not had an employee arrive before 620a even though they open at 6. It takes another 5 min at least to open and set up. So just saying a bit disappointing if you are hoping to stop in at opening for a service before more travel. EDIT* since there is no back and forth and no second review allowed by google. The response by owner was sub bar. I am adding a photo with the business hours on google and their website .. it is 6am to 10p 7 days a week. I have only used this spa before 9am. The employee arrived just after 620am and opened at 630am ... they did not properly read or respond to my review... more disappointment.

Flight was delayed and benefited from my priority pass at this location finally. Massage was excellent from Isaiah. If you are fortunate enough to be there when Isaiah is then you should definitely treat yourself.

Isaiah was absolutely amazing with reflexology. I’ve had many therapists over the years and he by far is the toughest if you can take it. Absolutely knows his work and is very hard pressure which I enjoy and appreciate.

Sherman was amazing! He proceeded by asking If he needed to focus in an area in particular. He knew exactly what to do and technique was phenomenal. I have had tingling and pain in my hand for a long time and he was able to reduce the pain with massage therapy.
